The house is located on the outskirts of Budva, very close to the large Aqua Park and Top Hill, and it is rented out on two separate levels. Only 2 km from the beautiful beaches of Jaz and Ploče, 10 minutes from the city center and 20 minutes from Tivat airport, perfectly hidden from all the negative aspects of modern society. The interior has a modern and elegant style, everything is quite new and spotlessly clean. Both bedrooms have a double bed, and the living room has a comfortable couch. The terrace is spacious, with a beautiful view, ideal for relaxing, socializing and grilling.
