'Stefania Apartments' is a small family housing estate consisting of one or two - room apartments and stands at Drosia, Kypseli, 12 Km away from the town of Zakynthos. It's a new construction of neoclassical style built by the sea. It offers a parking lot and a garden, which ia an ideal place for kids. The surrounding area is very peacefull, green, quite cool in summer with very clean seawater. Just beside the apartments there is a traditional fish taverna and a few meters away there are three more restaurants, a pizzaria and a bar. Aso, at a distance of 700 m. away there are a bakery - confectionery, a petrol station, a butcher's and a super market. There is aslo a small harbour 100 m. away, where you can safely leave your boat.

About 12 km of the city of Zakynthos, at Drosia-Kipselis, since a few years, there is an apartment-complex, ″DROSIA APARTMENTS″. Θα θέλαμε να σας ενημερώσουμε ότι το ξενοδοχείο μας, ΠΑΡΑΚΤΙΟ βρίσκεται στην Νέα Καλλικράτεια – Χαλκιδικής, κοντά στην Θεσσαλονίκη, περίπου 35 χιλ. απόσταση. Το συγκρότημα περιλαμβάνει 4 διώροφα κτήρια Bungalows (31 διαμερίσματα) τα οποία έχουν όλα θέα την θάλασσα. Παρέχονται ( clima, t.v. , τηλέφωνο ,δυο κρεβατια και ψυγείο).Ακόμη στον χώρο μας υπάρχει αίθριος χώρος στάθμευσης,barbeque και coffee-bar. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι ανοιχτό μόνο την καλοκαιρινή περίοδο (Ιούνιο - Σεπτέμβρη).
