Kyprianos Resort, consists of 3 separate buildings, made of 13 studios and 7 apartments, situated on 4 acres of land and is located 400 meters from seashore. The main building consists of the reception hall, an information, exchange, rent-a-car and post office.There is also a coffee/breakfast shop in the big open garden. The area around the buildings is surrounded by old olive trees aging up to 500 years, is well protected and peaceful. The studios are spacey rooms with 1 double and 1 single bed (can accommodate up to 3 people) equipped with a kitchen net, which includes a refrigerator and stove. Each studio has a private bathroom and 1 sitting room with 2 sofas that can be converted into single beds. Both apartments and studios have large balconies with a fantastic view.

Located on the west side of the island of Lefkas ( Lefkada) and just 12 km from the city of Lefkas, in the middle of a green olive grove that guarantees you a quiet and peaceful stay and only 1km away from from the picturesque beach of Agios Nikitas and 500m from the famous Kathisma beach, stand 14 bright, fully equipped studio flats. They can accomodate 2-4 guests. All studio flats offer excellent cooking facilities in their fully equipped kitchens. A/C television, fridge, parking space and big balconies with a beautiful view of the mountain and the olive grove are also available.

Villa Aether has two floors. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen and a single bed. A bathroom with bathtub is also provided. As far as the view.. Don’t worry.. Have a glass of wine in the spacious verandas and be amazed from the charming sea view. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a W.C., the lounge and a sofa-bed. The lounge is leading in a spacious veranda with a big table to enjoy your meals. The extension of the veranda is ending in a private swimming pool -where you make your skin tanned- with gorgeous views to the green hills and the sea.
