Sobe tipa Economy se nalaze u prizemlju i nemaju terasu, pa je s obzirom na to i njihova cena niža. Mogu imati jedan francuski ili dva singl ležaja. Ove sobe su pogodne za smeštaj osoba sa invaliditetom. Hotel raspolaže sa pet soba tipa Economy. Jednokrevetna soba ima francuski ležaj sa fioka krevetom i manju terasu, dvokrevetne sobe imaju francuski ležaj sa fioka krevetom ili dva spojena singl kreveta, a trokrevetne sobe imaju francuski ležaj sa fioka krevetom i jedan singl krevet. Sve sobe su klimatizovane i imaju TV, mali frižider, fen za kosu i sigurnosni sef. Pogled na more postoji u nekim sobama. Hotel nudi uslugu noćenja sa doručkom, a poseduje i bar i manje dvorište. The Anestis Apartments is a family-owned business of rental studios and rooms and is located in Palio Tsifliki of Kavala. It is open since 1981 and the last major renovation was completed in May 2010. The location of the building is ideal for summer holidays, due to its proximity to the sea (about 150m away) but it is also one of the most beautiful beaches in the region. It is located in a green and quiet environment away from any noise.
