Vlasnikov opis Kompleks Vangelis Garden House posluje od 1990. godine u mestu Nea Potidea. Kuća je izgrađena u tradicionalnom stilu, sa lepim sobama, nedaleko od plaže (80m). To je porodični posao sa visokim standardima i ljudima koji su raspoloženi da vam obezbede udoban i prijatan boravak. Kuća se sastoji od dvokrevetnih i trokrevetnih studija, kao i četvorokrevetnih studija sa dve sobe, koji su dostupni po veoma pristupačnim cenama. Osam potpuno opremljenih mezonet dupleks apartmana, površine 75m2 sa pogledom na more ili četiri bazena. Prizemlje: trpezarija, kuhinja, kupatilo tuš, kauč. Na prvom spratu dve spavaće sobe, odvojeni WC sa tušem i namešten blakon. Kapacitet 4-6 ljudi. RESTORAN: U našem restoranu, gosti imaju priliku da nakon bogatog doručka kasnije uživaju i u večeri na bazi švedskog stola. Konstantaki Apartments are situated at the seaside area of Neo Klima Skopelos. It consists of studios and apartments, just 100m from the beach. Every studio is for 2-3 persons and every apartment is for 4-6 persons. All of them are fully equiped with kitchen, refrigerator, tv, a/c, hair-dryer, toaster and balcony with very nice view to the sea and to the green mountain also.
