Akti hotel je idealan za parove ili grupe prijatelja koji vole da budu smešteni u centru mesta, da ručavaju u restoranima koji su u najbližem okruženju hotela i na udarnim mestima u gradu, idu u kupovinu, izlaze u noćni provod i da im bukvalno svi sadržaji koje nudi jedno turističko mesto budu na dohvat ruke. Odličan je izbor čak i za one koji na Tasos stignu bez svog automobila i bez mogućnosti da ga iznajme, s obzirom na to da je sve što je turistima potrebno na minut ili par minuta hoda od hotela (šetalište, prodavnice, taverne), a sasvim pristojna gradska plaža je na nekih 500 metara. Hotel Akti, sa 3 zvezdice, nalazi se u strogom centru Limenasa, u ulici uz more, u nizu u kojem su hoteli Timoleon i Possidon i policijska stanica, preko puta javnog parkinga. Od gradske plaže je udaljen nekih 500 metara, a nalazi se u prvom redu do mora. Prva prodavnica i pekara se nalazi na 100m od smeštaja. U prizemlju hotela nalazi se recepcija i manji lobi. Hotel ima i lift. Raspolaže sa ukupno 15 soba za dve i tri osobe. U dvokrevetnim sobama su ili dva spojena singl kreveta ili jedan bračni krevet, a u trokrevetnim dva spojena singl kreveta i sofa na otvaranje. Devet soba imaju balkone sa direktnim pogledom na more, tri sobe imaju balkone sa pogledom na zadnju stranu hotela, dok su tri sobe bez balkona. Sobe su pristojne veličine, nisu luksuzne, ali su sasvim OK, prijatne i čiste. Nameštaj i oprema u svim sobama su isti. Dakle, sve imaju tipičan, hotelski drveni nameštaj, manji televizor, klima uređaj, mini bar, kafemat, sef, fen za kosu i telefon. Kupatila su manja, sa tuš kadicom, srednjeg kvaliteta, za stepenik podignuta u odnosu na nivo sobe (naglašavamo zbog gostiju u poznijim godinama i dece). Krevetiće za bebe imaju a dozvolu da se dovede kućni ljubimac treba posebno tražiti. Čišćenje se obavlja svakog dana a zamena peškira i posteljine je obezbeđeno i vrši se na svaka 3-4 dana. Internet još uvek nije uveden, ali je u planu. Javni parking srednje veličine je preko puta hotela, a veliki javni parking pored nove luke je na stotinak metara od hotela. Oba parkinga su besplatna. U jeku turističke sezone, a naročito u večernjim satima, lako se može desiti da sva mesta budu popunjena. Po iskrcavanju sa trajekta, ukoliko idete peške, do hotela možete stići za nekoliko minuta, krećući se u pravcu levo ka centru mesta, policijskoj stanici, luna parku, staroj luci, gradskoj plaži. Međutim, ukoliko ste na Tasos stigli automobilom, isti možete parkirati na velikom javnom parkingu levo od nove luke, na stotinak metara od hotela, pa do hotela nastaviti peške, ili, ukoliko želite da se parkirate bliže hotelu na javnom parkingu preko puta, morate voziti na suprotnu stranu od hotela (udesno od iskrcavanja sa trajekta), pa obići krug oko centra mesta i spustiti se ka moru, obzirom da je ulica koja od hotela vodi do nove luke jednosmerna, te njom ne možete voziti od nove luke direktno do parkinga ispred hotela (suprotan pravac). Ukoliko želite da budete smešteni u samom centru mesta, da vam je sve na dohvat ruke i na pešačkoj udaljenosti, Akti hotel je odličan izbor. Limenas je odličan i kao baza za obilazak ostrva jer je veoma blizu najlepših plaža Mermerna (6km), Makrijamos (2km), La Scala (4km), Pahis (8km).
