Vlasnikov opis Kompleks Vangelis Garden House posluje od 1990. godine u mestu Nea Potidea. Kuća je izgrađena u tradicionalnom stilu, sa lepim sobama, nedaleko od plaže (80m). To je porodični posao sa visokim standardima i ljudima koji su raspoloženi da vam obezbede udoban i prijatan boravak. Kuća se sastoji od dvokrevetnih i trokrevetnih studija, kao i četvorokrevetnih studija sa dve sobe, koji su dostupni po veoma pristupačnim cenama.
