Naš opis Sunday Summer Resort ima ukupno 12 smeštajnih jedinca. Od toga, osam ima pogled na more, devet ima terasu, a još tri se nalaze u prizemlju i nemaju ograđene terase. U šest četvorokrevetnih apartmana (30m2) može se smestiti do pet osoba. Trokrevetni studiji imaju površinu od 25m2 i ukupno ih je dva u ovom objektu. Četiri dvokrevetna studija (20m2) mogu biti eventualno i 2+1 (sa detetom do 10 godina). U studijima su francuski kreveti, a u apartmanima dva spojena singl kreveta. Svi studiji i apartmani imaju opremljenu kuhinju i rešo sa dve ringle, a u kupatilu je kada sa zavesom. Komarnike imaju samo neke smeštajne jedinice, ne sve. Internet signal postoji u baru hotela i oko bazena. Čišćenje, zamena peškira i posteljine vrši se na 3-4 dana. Po potrebi i uz nadoknadu možete dobiti uslugu pranja veša. Privatni parking je ispred objekta. Sunday Summer Resort se sastoji od dva objekta oko kojih ima mnogo zelenila. Postoji veliki prostor za dečiju igru sa klackalicama, ljuljaškama, toboganima i sl. U dvorištu je zidani roštilj ispred koga se, u hladu ispod vinove loze, nalaze dve klupe i sto za ručavanje. U dvorištu je i bazen sa delom za decu, a oko bazena su postavljene ležaljke i suncobrani. Smeštaj je od centra Gerakinija udaljen oko 1km, a najbliži market je na nekih 350m. Vlasnikov opis Sunday Summer Resort se sastoji iz dve vile koje su smeštene u mestu Gerakini koje je od Soluna udaljeno svega 75km. Kompleks ima ukupno 6 studija i 6 apartmana, kompletno opremljenih, elegantno dekorisanih, komfornih i funkcionalnih, udaljenih od plaže oko 200m. Većina sa svojih terasa ima fantastičan pogled na more i Toronski zaliv. Vile se nalaze u prelepo uređenom dvorištu površine 5000 kvadrata, prepunom maslinovog drveća, pomorandži i mandarina, ruža i raznovrsnog cveća. Sunday Summer Resort je jedan od najpopularnijih za letovanje u ovoj regiji. Kompleks sadrži bazen (za decu i odrasle) i bar u kome možete poručiti osvežavajuće piće, kafu ili sendvič. Pet studija se nalazi na spratu i imaju pogled na more sa terasa, a samo je jedan u prizemlju i on izlazi u malu baštu prepunu zelenila i ima pogled na bazen. Apartmani imaju dve spavaće sobe. U jednoj sobi je francuski ležaj, a u drugoj dva singl ležaja. Po potrebi u apartman se može ubaciti pomoćni ležaj za petu osobu. Pet apartmana su na spratu i imaju panoramski pogled na more, dok je jedan u prizemlju i izlazi u malo dvorište prepuno zelenila. Svi apartmani i studiji imaju kompletno opremljene kuhinje, kupatila, terase ili verande u prizemlju, LCD TV (22''), klima uređaj. Perix House was built in 1986 and it was renovated in the year 2000. It’s rated a “two key” Family Hotel. The Hotel is built in three levels with a large lawn on two different levels. We have available twenty studios in three levels including nine two room(or Duplex) and nine single room studios suitable for couples and families with up to three children. Our duplex apartments can accommodate up to five people, two in main bedroom, one in the kitchen and 2 children in the raised platform bed (see pictures). We have green lawn in two different levels and a playground on each level for children to play all day safely inside a protected area. There are also 2 Built BBQ sets 1 on each level available for the tenants. The lower level lawn is at the back of the Hotel, and the upper level lawn is situated in the front of the Hotel. Plenty of parking is available. We are situated 400m from the sea, between Neos Marmaras and Porto Carras in Sithonia Chalkidiki.
