Kerasies Guesthouse is beautifully located in the village of Vovousa in Eastern Zagori, looking over the Aoos River and Mount Avgo. The newly built complex consists of 2 guesthouse buildings, a third one where the reception, restaurant, bar and lounge can be found and an internal communal courtyard. Built according to the local architecture, the guesthouse has stone and timber features. Each luxuriously furnished guest room has panoramic view, kitchen and bathroom and is equipped with satellite TV and refrigerator. There are also guest rooms with private balcony and fireplace. Five klm from Aoos gorge and Valia Calda National Park and 45 klm from Vasilitsa Ski Centre and Metsovo, Kerasies serves as a convenient base. Fiore Sea View consists of nine studios and one apartment spread across the ground floor and the first floor. The studios can accommodate 1-3 people and have a double bed or a double bedand a single bed. The apartment can accommodate up to 4-5 people. Fiore Studios - Yellow Building - Porto Kaminia Beach ZanteInterconnecting doors conveniently combine two double rooms into a spacious family room, one with a double and one with two single beds. An extra bed can be added to both studios and apartment upon request. All accommodation is equipped with a fridge, air conditioning on request and a furnished balcony with panoramic views of the clear blue Ionian Sea and the surrounding olive tree clad mountains. On each floor, there is a communal fully equipped, full sized kitchen that guests are free to use to prepare any meals they like. Fiore Sea View also offers a parking area protected from the sun and is located next to a super market and the 'Windmill' taverna, a family-run business serving traditional Greek food.

Our rooms are equipped with kitchen with all facilities needed. There is also a large balcony with view to the beach and the rest of our village. Our rooms are about 80m from the beach and you can also find super markets, restaurants, bakery and bar.

All houses are decorated with a lot of love and respect to the tourists. Vacations is a very importand thing after all year round hard work . The whole idea was making people feeling at home!! Finally is first land in front of the sea , located in little hill . 300m walking down distance to the beach and 1,5 km by car to the little fisherman village-bars -cafes & taverns . There is also a diving center where someone can take diving courses. As well by rending your own little motor boat you can explore the beautiful galas and you go fishing and discover your own litlle beach and sunbath and swim totally alone!! The house is so peaceful, that you wake up with the singing of the birds. As the road is private there is no cars and noises!!

Naš opis Possidi Hiliadou se nalazi u malom mestu Posidi, na zapadu Kasandre. Do njega ćete doći tako što nakon što se isključite sa magistrale za Posidi, vozite ka mestu, prođete pored apoteke, pa onda nailazite na supermarket Arista i odmah nakon supermakreta skrećete u prvu ulicu desno. Vozite asfaltnim putem, a onda kada naiđete na raskrsnicu nastavljate zemljanim putem koji vas direktno vodi do ovog predivnog kompleksa. Vožnja zemljanim putem se svakako isplati, jer vas na kraju puta čeka odličan smeštaj na fantastičnom mestu. Posidi Hiliadou ima ukupno 8 apartmana, koji su raspoređeni u 4 objekta. Apartmani su luksuzno opremljeni i sastoje se iz spavaće i dnevne sobe. Ppovršine su oko 40 kvadrata. Spavaća soba ima francuski ležaj, dok se u dnevnoj sobi nalaze još dva zasebna ležaja. Kuhinja u okviru apartmana je kompletno opremljena. Svi apartmani imaju TV i klima uređaj, kuhinju, sef, mrežice za komarce, fen, mikrotalasnu pećnicu, signal za bežični internet, a u kupatilu tuš kabinu. Apartmani u prizemlju imaju dve verande, sa prednje i strane kuće, zapravo dva mala, privatna dvorišta, dok apartmani na spratu imaju komforne balkone. Pogled iz svih delova dvorišta, ali i terasa je na predivnan na zelene predele i otvoreno prostranstvo. Travnjak u dvorištu je savršeno uredan i održavan, sve odiše čistoćom i spolja i unutra. Svaki apartman ima dosta privatnosti. Parking je obezbeđen i nalazi se u okviru dvorišta. Bazen je čist, sa delom za decu. Iz bara uz bazen se čuje lagana opuštajuća muzika. S obzirom da kompleks ima samo 8 apartmana, ni na bazenu ni u dvorištu nikada nema gužve. U ovom smeštaju je sve kvalitetno, počev od porcelanskih tanjira, preko brendiranog pribora i posuđa, do anatomskih dušeka poznatog proizvođača. Gostima su u dvorištu na raspolaganju i bicikli kojima mogu upoznati okolinu, mesto Posidi i lepe plaže. A u okviru dvorišta je i teren za basket. Objekat je potpuno nov (2011. godine sagrađen). Jedan od najvećih aduta ovog smeštaja jeste besprekorna higijena i održavanje, kao i mir kojim odiše čitavo okruženje. Čišćenje se vrši svakodnevno, a zamena posteljine i peškira na svaka tri dana, ali i češće ukoliko gosti žele. Posidi je mirno mesto okruženo borovom šumom, sa šetalištem uz more, nekoliko taverni i restorana, lepo uređenih kafića i osnovnim sadržajima. Na samo 2 minuta vožnje od smeštaja nalazi se jedna od najlepših, ako ne i najlepša plaža na Kasandri, Aigeopelagitika. U pitanju je uređena, dugačka, peščana plaža. Ako želite kvalitetan smeštaj, mir, tišinu, pravi odmor, Posidi Hiliadou je više nego dobar izbor, a vlasnici objekta su dobri i nenametljivi i uvek na usluzi svojim gostima. Svaki apartman je klimatizovan i ima TV i WiFi internet. Apartmani se čiste svakodnevno, a posteljina i peškiri se menjaju na tri dana. U odmoru i prekrasnom pogledu mozete uživati kako na terasi koju poseduje svaki apartman, tako i na ležaljkama pored bazena koji je otvoren od 10 do 19h.
