Agrilida Villa je novoizgrađeni smeštaj u mestu Vasiliki, smešten na mirnoj lokaciji, oko 600 metara od glavne plaže sa šljunkom i lakim ulazom u more, približno 750 metara od centra mesta i oko 1 km od prelepe peščane plaže Pondi. Gostima su na raspolaganju privatni parking za sva vozila, kao i zajednički roštilj u dvorištu sa garniturama za sedenje. Bežični internet dostupan je u svim smeštajnim jedinicama. Agrilida Villa se sastoji od dve odvojene dvospratne kuće, svaka površine oko 100 m², i svaka poseduje sopstveni privatni bazen sa ležaljkama. Kuće mogu ugostiti do pet odraslih osoba ili četiri odrasle osobe i dvoje dece. Svaka kuća ima dve spavaće sobe na spratu, od kojih jedna ima bračni krevet, a druga dva spojena singl kreveta, dva kupatila, dnevni boravak i prostor za odmor sa sofom na razvlačenje pogodnom za jednu odraslu osobu ili dvoje dece. U podrumskom delu obe mezonete nalazi se prostorija sa veš mašinom, daskom za peglanje, prostorom za odlaganje i sušenje veša. Gostima je na raspolaganju i potpuno opremljena velika kuhinja sa šporetom i velikom rernom, velikim frižiderom, mašinom za sudove, ketlerom, aparatom za kafu, tosterom, cediljkom za citruse, mikrotalasnom i kompletnim kuhinjskim priborom. Takođe, kuće imaju balkon i lepo uređenu terasu sa nameštajem za potpuni užitak. Sve spavaće sobe imaju LCD SAT TV i klima-uređaj. Čišćenje se obavlja svakodnevno, dok se posteljina i peškiri menjaju svaka tri dana tokom boravka. Gostima je obezbeđen privatni parking. Anastasia Village lies on the foot of the moundain Skarosand it has an extremly nice view to the Ionian Sea.
