Veoma veliko i sunčano dvorište , zauzima površinu od 2.5 ara.U okolini se nalazi mala tradicionalna vila, nezavisna od glavne kuće, idealna za porodicu sa decom,veoma prostrana (50m2) blizu glavne vile .Ima veliku spavaću sobu i dnevni boravak , malu kuhinju i veliko kupatilo.U okolini u divnom dvorištu nalazi se ''dnevni boravak'' odvojen od glavne vile.
