There are 4 double room apartments (kitchen- living room, bedroom), 2 triple room apartments (kitchen-living room, two separate bedrooms) and 2 studios with all the modern comforts, such as fully equiped kitchen, double beds in bedroom, single beds in living room, fridge, tv, air condition, spacious balconies with amazing sea view, private parking and depository for windsurfing activities.

The hotel is situated just 2 minutes walk from a sandy beach, in the center of Stalida resort. Latania complex consists of studios accommodating from two up to four persons and apartments with separate bedroom accommodating up to four or five persons. All rooms are beautifully decorated and equipped with satellite TV, international music channel, direct dial telephone (plus in-house communication), refrigerator, two electric tings, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, hair dryer, bath/shower. There is also personally controlled air conditioning and safety deposit boxes available inside all rooms with an extra charge. All rooms have spacious balconies, terraces or verandas with a view on the blue sea, the mountains or the gardens.

There is free parking available and we offer immediate access to Pachis Beach where you may use our sunbeds free of charge.
