Naš opis Oasis Villa se nalazi na dobroj lokaciji u Limenariji i u neposrednoj je blizini plaže i šetališta. U ponudi su lepo uređeni studiji i apartmani, od kojih neki imaju i prostrane terase sa pogledom na more. Za razliku od mnogih drugih smeštaja u centru, vila ima i privatni parking. Smeštaj se nalazi u centru Limenarije. Najbliži supermarket je preko puta vile, a plaža je na udaljenosti od 150m. U svom sastavu ima jedan petokrevetni apartman i dva četvorokrevetna apartmana, jedan trokrevetni i dva dvokrevetna studija. Na prvom spratu nalaze se jedan četvorokrevetni apartman i jedan dvokrevetni studio. Oba gledaju na ulicu i kuće prekoputa. Opremljeni su singl krevetima. Na drugom spratu nalaze se jedan trokrevetni i jedan dvokrevetni studio. Imaju isti pogled kao i studiji na prvom spratu i isto su opremljeni. Na trećem spratu nalaze se drugi četvorokrevetni apartman i jedan petokrevetni u kome su sobe odvojene harmonika vratima. Obe smeštajne jedinice imaju pogled na more i opremljene su singl krevetima. Četvorokrevetni apartmani imaju normalna vrata. Svaka smeštajna jedinica ima svoje kupatilo, sa ograđenom tuš kadicom, kao i kuhinju. U njoj su mali frižider i rešo. Sve jedinice takođe imaju i bežični internet, klima uređaj, televizor i fen za kosu. Čišćenje i zamena posteljine vrše se na tri dana. Ukoliko je potrebno, može i češće.
