Both apartments are designed for 4 adults, and offer the possibility of an extra bed for one person. Apartment & # 34; Rustico & # 34; has 60 m2 and offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, kitchen and large living room with dining area. At the entrance there is a large covered terrace with table and chairs, surrounded by palm trees and plants. Apartment & # 34; Classico & # 34; has 70 m2 and offers 2 bedrooms, separate toilet, bathroom with jacuzzi, kitchen and large living room with dining area, and each room is separated by a large hallway. Located in the historic center of Rovinj, just 200 meters from the Basilica of St. Euphemia, Apartments Santa Croce offers newly furnished and fully equipped apartments. The nearest beach is only 50 meters away. The studios are equipped with air conditioning and have a seating area with a sofa, satellite TV and a kitchen with kitchenware. Bathrooms have a shower and hairdryer. Restaurants, bars, cafes, galleries and shops can be found throughout the center of Rovinj, and the souvenir shop is located in the same building as the apartments. Pula Airport is 40 km away. Rovinj’s main square is just 100 meters from the Santa Croce Apartments, and the pebble beach is only a few steps away and has a unique view of the surrounding islands and the sea. Guests can enjoy walks along the sea and book excursions to the islands, Brijuni National Park or Venice. The large spa and wellness center is located on the Red Island, which is located directly in front of Rovinj, which can be reached by a short boat ride. The building is by the sea on the north side of Rovinj. From the balcony is a view of the old town and the sea. We have private parking, garden which is convenient for small children. In the yard there is a fireplace for barbecue with tables for guests. To the sea is a few minutes-the first beach, and to the city there are 10-15 minutes easy walk. 4-star apartment for rent, completely renovated this year. It is located on the upper (1st) floor of a family house, free parking next to the house is guaranteed. Distance less than 10 minutes walk to the city center and about 5 minutes to the first beach, in a beautiful location overlooking almost the entire city and the sea. We are located in a 5 star hotel area (Hotel Lone, Monte Mulini ...). Zlatni Rt Forest Park is also a 5-minute walk from the apartments. House Krizman is located in a quiet part of Rovinj, and is suitable for family vacations. Guests have at their disposal the whole house, 120 m2. The house consists of 2 floors. The ground floor has a kitchen, dining room with SAT / TV, terrace, bathroom, living room with sofa bed for two people, SAT / TV and another terrace. On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms with terraces, two bathrooms and a storage room. Krizman House has an indoor parking and an outdoor grill with a terrace. For any information, guests can contact the hosts, who live in the house next to the Krizman House. The price includes: daily rent, registration, taxes, bed linen, towels, tea towels and cleaning (weekly and final) and parking.

Apartment Morena II is located in Rovinjsko Selo, which is less than a 10-minute drive (6 km) away from the town of Rovinj and its many beaches. Rovinjsko Selo is a place located on the main road leading to Rovinj. In Rovinjsko Selo there is 1 restaurant which is 300 m away from us, several coffee bars, a well-stocked larger market and shop (500 m). From the local people in Rovinjsko Selo it is possible to get extra virgin olive oil and homemade white and red wine. Apartment Morena II is located in a separate house in the yard of the family house where its owners live. The house is located in a quiet place, has a landscaped yard with an outdoor fireplace that guests can use freely. In agreement with the guests, the hosts can help prepare the barbecue. Guests can park their vehicle in the yard in front of the apartment. Near the house there is a bicycle path leading to Rovinj or to the Lim Channel, which has the status of a protected landscape. The apartment is 37 m2 in size and consists of: a kitchen with a dining area with an extra bed for 2 people, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The capacity of the apartment is 2 + 2 persons (2 adults or a family with children). The kitchen elements are 2.5 m long and include: gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave. Our house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes walk from the city and 5 minutes from the beach (Cuvi - Villas Rubin, Skaraba, Punta corrente, Golden Cape). It has a large fenced garden with closed parking. We have 10 bicycles, use of garage and washing machine, grill and wireless internet access for all our guests.
