Owner's description The villa is located in a quiet environment and greenery, 5 minutes away from the busy center of the village with restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. The longest sandy beach with a shallow water entrance suitable for children is a 7-minute walk away. Sun loungers on the beach are free. The villa has a swimming pool with jacuzzi and wooden deck chairs around the pool, and has a large yard and barbecue that guests can use whenever they want. WiFi internet is available in public areas, and in front of the villa, on a public road, there is free parking. The villa has: -4 studios for 3 people (2 single beds + sofa) - 2 studios have a pool view; -4 studios for 2 adults + 2 children (2 single beds + bunk beds) with a view of the yard; bunk beds are standard sizes so they can accommodate 3 adults + 1 child; -2 apartments with 1 bedroom (separated by a door, has 2 single beds); the living room has a sofa and bunk beds; capacity is 3 adults + 2 children or 4 adults + 1 child. All studios and apartments have a bathroom with shower and cosmetics for personal hygiene (shampoo, etc.), equipped kitchen with 2 hobs, refrigerator, plates, cutlery, dishes, kettle and detergent. All studios have a TV, air conditioning, terrace with dining area and furniture. The apartments have 2 TVs, 2 air conditioners (one in each room), a large terrace with dining area and furniture, and views of the pool, mountain and yard. Rooms are cleaned every 2 days.

Our description Alexander Inn Resort is located in the new part of Stavros, about 80m from the beach. We offer modern rooms for 2-4 people, and some of the amenities are a swimming pool, restaurant, poolside bars and at the reception, children's playground and private parking. The service is based on bed and breakfast, with the possibility of paying half board. The center is about 850m away, the nearest market is 250m, while the bakery is 650m. We offer six double, four triple and two quadruple rooms of the Standard type, two double and six quadruple rooms of the Superior type and two double and four quadruple rooms of the Premium type. The units are arranged on the first and second floor. Bed linen and towels are changed every two days, while cleaning is done daily. After entering Stavros, drive on the main road until you reach the big STIHL store, then turn left. Drive to the end of that street, turn left, drive another 30m and immediately after the church under construction turn right. Continue straight for another 500m, until you come across Alexander Inn Resort on the left.
