It has studios and rooms, with the possibility of connecting one studio and a room into an apartment. The study area is 20-22m2. They can have one French or one French and a single bed. The building has four large triple studios, as well as three smaller double accommodation units (have a double bed), two of which do not have a kitchen inside the room, but are separated by a door in the hallway of the building. One studio with kitchen and a triple room, between which there is a bathroom, can be turned into an apartment. The second apartment can be formed by merging one triple room and a double studio. The maximum number of people that can be accommodated in the apartment is five. All accommodation units are air conditioned and have a terrace and mosquito nets.
