Kripis Studio Paliouri Apartments for rent
The Studio Kripis is Located in the Most beautiful point of Paliouri, next to the chapel of St. Nektarios. Only 450 meters from the center of the village, you have your Patisserie, supermarket, bakery, restaurants, doctor, pharmacy and everything you need.
The apartments are spacious and can accommodate Families or groups of 4-5 people .
They have organized kitchens with refrigerator and stove. Also Big balcony with sea view, Air-conditioning , TV, free Internet.
Sheets and towels every 3- 4 days.
Only five minutes drive to the sea (2.5 km) Glarokambos, Xenia, Blue Fish Beach Bar and Kanistro.
Also in 9km you can find Pefkohori and in 11 km Chanioti.
All the apartments are 50 sq m.
They have separate one Room for 2or 3 people, and a big livingroom for 2 people.
Big Balconies with View for the first Floor and garden with View for the Ground Floor.
Also you can use the garden.
In the area there is no problem with parking.
Refundable Damage Deposit 50 euro. (You take it back the day you leave if everything is OK ).
The apartments are delivered clean and tenant care alone for cleanliness.
