Thanks to this position, guests enjoy a peaceful environment and the authentic atmosphere of a Greek village, along with the proximity of the sea, which gives every moment of their stay a feeling of summer relaxation. The building has two apartments located on different levels: one is on the upper ground floor, and the other is on the first floor. Each apartment is modernly decorated, with carefully selected details that combine functionality and aesthetics and create a pleasant, homely atmosphere. The apartments can accommodate up to three adults and contain a spacious living room connected to the kitchen, two separate bedrooms and a modern bathroom. In the main bedroom there is a double bed, while the second room has one standard bed, which is especially practical for a family stay. For complete comfort, both apartments are equipped almost identically. Air conditioning, wireless internet and television are available to guests, which allows for a pleasant stay and moments of rest and fun. A hair dryer, iron, ironing board and washing machine are also available, making everyday tasks easier. The kitchens in the apartments are fully equipped and enable the preparation of almost any meal. Depending on the apartment, the kitchen includes a stove with four rings (glass ceramic or classic), a large oven, a kettle, a Nespresso machine, a toaster and a large refrigerator with a freezer, which contributes to the feeling of a homely atmosphere during your vacation. Pets are not allowed in order to ensure a high level of cleanliness and a pleasant stay for all guests. During their stay, guests are responsible for keeping the apartment tidy. Bed linen and towels can be changed upon request, with prior notice and agreement with the owners at a time most convenient for the guests. Guests are provided with two private parking spaces, which significantly facilitates arrival, departure and daily parking, without the need to search for a public space. Afissos stretches along the western coast of Pelion, where the mountain slopes descend to the calm waters of the Pagasetic Gulf. The village is shaped like an amphitheater, with houses rising towards the slopes and overlooking the sea. Narrow streets, flower terraces, olive groves, plane trees and greenery create a pleasant and fragrant atmosphere, while from the center of the village there is a view of the turquoise coast and distant mountain outlines. The silence, occasionally interrupted only by the sound of the waves, gives the place an almost meditative rhythm. Afissos has a long history dating back to ancient times, when the area was known for olive growing, fishing and trade. Stone houses, terraces and squares preserve the spirit of a traditional Mediterranean settlement, while taverns and cafes under the shade of plane trees have been welcoming travelers and sailors for centuries. There are several beautiful beaches in the area, each with a special character. Abovos has small pebbles and crystal clear water, suitable for long swimming and sunbathing. Lagoudi is hidden among the pines, where the scent of resin and the sea mingle. Kallifteri, a little further away, offers a sense of nature and a large space for walking along the coast. Each of the beaches reveals a different side of Afissos, the harmony of mountain and sea, light and shadow, movement and silence. The accommodation is located about 25 kilometers from Volos, a large port city and the administrative center of Thessaly.
