Accommodation is part of an urban villa that contains four apartments with separate entrances. The area of the apartment is 84 m2 and consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 (3) bathrooms, terrace and balcony. They are located on the Lapad peninsula in a quiet part of Dubrovnik with a lot of Mediterranean sub-tropical vegetation and have a partial view of the Adriatic Sea and the island of Daksa. They are 4 km from the center of Dubrovnik, and 10 minutes walk (500m) from the nearest beach (Copacabana). Each apartment has satellite TV, wireless internet and a parking space at no extra charge. The villa was built in 2009 and is located near the car camp Solitudo at Vatroslava Lisinskog 43, near large green areas with beautiful walking paths. The post office and supermarket are nearby and the bus station is a short walk (100m). All other services are available within a few minutes walk (1 km away). The old town is a 10-minute drive away, but it is difficult to find parking in the city, especially in season, so a car is not necessary because there is an excellent bus connection. Tourist center Babin Kuk gives you the opportunity to enjoy various activities such as tennis, badminton, mini golf, cycling, diving, windsurfing, water skiing and others. In the area of the Lapad peninsula there are mostly family houses and hotels (Park, Kompas, Dubrovnik, Sumartin, Zagreb). A few hundred meters from the apartment is one of the most beautiful promenades in the city, the bay with beautiful pebble and sandy beaches, tennis courts, restaurants, hotels, shops, pharmacy, clinic, bank, post office and taxi and bus.

Apartment Petra ~ DUBROVNIK, Stari Grad Apartment Petra is located in the heart of the Old Town of Dubrovnik, just a few steps away from the most popular beach "East West Beach Club", restaurants, night clubs, cafes, galleries, museums and all historical sites. One bedroom apartment in the center of the Old Town is ideal for couples, friends and families with children who want to take advantage of all that Dubrovnik has to offer. The apartment is not adapted for wheelchair users, because it is located on the first floor of the house and has 25 steps to the main entrance. No elevator. Villa Flores is a modernly renovated medieval house. It is located just a few steps from Stradun, without stairs to the house. Apartments in Villa Flores are ideal for travelers who want to spend their holidays in the ambience of the Old Town and in the comfort of 4-star apartments. In Villa Flores we have 3 apartments (accommodation capacity 2 + 2) and one studio (accommodation capacity 2 + 1). We can accommodate a total of 15 people. Villa Flores can be rented as a whole, and each apartment can be rented separately. The apartments are air conditioned and fully equipped. Air conditioners are located in the rooms and living room. The apartment consists of a bedroom, living room with dining area, kitchen and bathroom.
