The app is located on the 1st floor in the main old town street, in the center of Rovinj, 20m from the main town square and waterfront. It is fully equipped (air conditioning, TV, SAT ...). It consists of a kitchen (electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker ...) with dining area, living room with a bed for 2 people, bathroom and bedroom for one person.

This modern apartment was built in 2008 and is located within the block where there are 8 other apartments. It is a quiet and peaceful area, and yet all the shops and restaurants are nearby. The apartment is only a 5-minute walk from the local supermarket.
