We offer two apartments, which can accommodate 4 to 5 people. Both apartments are located on the first floor and have a view of the yard, and through the greenery you can see the sea. The four-bed apartment (40m2) consists of a bedroom and a living room. In the bedroom there is one double bed narrower than standard, while in the living room there are two single beds. This apartment has one bathroom, balcony, TV and air conditioning, as well as internet. The kitchen is large, well equipped and is located in a separate room with a sofa. The kitchen is not separated by a door. This apartment is suitable for four adults or a family with two children. The five-bed apartment (45m2) consists of two physically separate rooms (a triple and a double room, each with a separate bathroom, two refrigerators, two air conditioners, two televisions and two balconies), and the kitchen is outside the rooms. The owner decided to rent out these two rooms to families of five with three children, so this is a great duplex apartment. It has two French beds that are narrower than standard and one couch. Cleaning, changing of towels and bed linen is done every five days. The yard is nicely decorated, surrounded by greenery and has a barbecue. There is no private parking, but since there are only two apartments for rent, you can park right in front of the building. Coming from the direction of Limenaria, at the central intersection near the Luna Park, turn left and drive straight for about 250m. It offers more modest, affordable accommodation units that can accommodate up to five people. It is 450 meters from the beach and 350 meters from the main intersection. Villa Koukoudis offers three five-bed apartments and two two-bed studios. The apartment is suitable for a family with three children, as it consists of two physically separate rooms, a bedroom with two single beds and a living room with a kitchen and two sofa beds. The double studio has two single beds joined together. All accommodation units have a kitchen, balcony, toilet, air conditioning and TV. During the stay, guests take care of their own hygiene, while bed linen and towels are changed every five days. The only drawback can be the fact that the villa does not have its own parking lot, but there is a large and free public parking lot at the entrance to Potos, as well as at the main intersection. Coming from the direction of Prinos, turn left at the central intersection towards Teologos. On the way to Theologos, after 50 meters turn into the first street on the left and after 150 meters you will see the Koukoudis villa. If you want a quiet location and decent accommodation, Koukoudis villa can be a good choice.

Evi Rooms is located in Potos, on a street parallel to the main promenade, so it is in an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and the center. The advantage of this accommodation is that it is located right next to the Potos Hotel, where you can pay for breakfast or half board, and also enjoy the beautiful yard and pool with a drink. Accommodation is 200 meters from the city beach, while the first market and bakery are only 50 meters away. Eva offers one apartment on the first floor and one triple room on the second floor. The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a small bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator. There is an air conditioner in the kitchen, which is mounted in such a way that it can cool the entire apartment. The room is modestly furnished and does not have a kitchen, so it is ideal for young people and those who do not cook while on vacation. This room has access to a large terrace with chairs and deckchairs, so it complements the perhaps modest dimensions of the room (about 15m2). There is also a grill on the terrace that you can use. The room has a partial sea view. In the room there is one French bed of smaller dimensions and one single bed. It is equipped with a refrigerator, TV and air conditioning. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. The room has mosquito nets on both the doors and windows. Small pets are allowed. Change of towels and bed linen as well as cleaning is once a week. There is a free public parking lot near the accommodation. When coming from the direction of Limenaria and Pefkari, turn right diagonally into the first street after Alexandra Beach Hotel, at the very entrance to Potos. Go down the street for about 200 meters and on the right you will see accommodation - the first building before the Potos Hotel. Evi Rooms is an excellent choice for everyone who doesn't care about luxury but a good location.

They are an ideal choice for everyone who wants a real vacation, because from the room you can immediately go to the beach, which is beautifully decorated and sandy. Quality rooms, an excellent bar, location and secured parking make this accommodation very popular, and besides, it has been rated very well by previous guests. Crystal Blue is only 150m from the center of Potos, and 100m from the first shops and markets. Within the old building, there are six accommodation units, six studios to be exact. Three studios are located on the ground floor, and three on the first floor. The accommodation was built in 2015, it is of high quality and with modern furniture. One studio consists of two levels. The area of ​​the studio is about 30m2. On the first floor there are two single beds, as well as a kitchen and a bathroom. You go down the stairs to the lower floor where there is a bedroom with a double bed and one extra bed. All studies are the same. They have a fully equipped kitchen and one double bed, as well as a sofa bed that can sleep two children up to 12 years old. The area of ​​each studio is about 25m2. One of the studios is located on the ground floor and is suitable for people with disabilities. Within the new building, there are three studios on the ground floor that can accommodate two adults and two children up to 12 years old and have a private pool, while on the first floor there are four studios on two levels with capacity for four adults. The studios on the ground floor contain a double bed and a sofa for two people, while the studios on two levels are available with two joined single beds on the lower level and a double bed on the gallery. For the 2026 season, a new three-bed studio was built on the ground floor of the new building, next to the pool. It contains a double bed and a single bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom, as well as a private veranda with direct access to the communal pool. All accommodation units have a fully equipped kitchen (with utensils, dishes, glasses, pots, pans, coffee machine, refrigerator), shower, mosquito nets, balcony with a view of the sea and the yard, LCD TV with satellite channels, available Internet (WiFi), air conditioning, hair dryer, safe. Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is provided every three days. The yard is spacious, with a lawn and a beach bar, sunbeds and umbrellas (which guests can use with an ordered drink), and a shared pool with sunbeds and umbrellas is also available. There is enough parking space in the yard of the accommodation. When coming from the direction of Limenaria, pass the central intersection in Potos and continue straight for another 100m. Just before Anna's Star Hotel on your right is Crystal Blue Apartments. If you want quality accommodation right on the beach, with secured parking, which is rare in Potos, Crystal Blue is the right choice.

Magda Studios is located about 300m from the city beach in Potos and about 200m from the central intersection towards Theologos. We offer three accommodation units and all are located on the ground floor. The four-bed studio (20m2) has one double bed and two bunk beds. The kitchen is in the same room and has an electric stove with an oven. The bathroom has a shower and the terrace opens onto a concrete courtyard. Two apartments can host up to five people, have a separate bedroom, living room and kitchen. The first apartment has one double bed and a sofa bed, as well as space for adding an extra bed, while the second apartment has two bunk beds and a couch in the bedroom, and a double bed in the living room. Both apartments in the bathrooms have a shower cabin with a glass partition. The apartments are about 45m2 in size. Both apartments have a terrace overlooking the street. All accommodation units have TV, air conditioning, wireless internet, mosquito nets, bathroom and kitchenette with stove and oven. Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen is done every five days. Private parking in the yard, which has three spaces, is available to guests. Ioanna's House is a new accommodation in the heart of Potos. It is very high quality, clean and nicely decorated. All amenities and the beach are just a step away from the house, so the location is really great. Ioanna's House is located in the very center of Potos, about 70m from the beach. There are eight studios on the ground floor and on the first floor. The studios on the ground floor have four beds and open onto the courtyard. These studios have one double bed and two single beds, and if necessary, a fifth bed can be added. On the first floor there are four two-bed studios with one double bed each and two three-bed studios with one double bed and one single bed each. All studios have a kitchen, air conditioning, TV and internet access. Cleaning is done every day, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days. The courtyard is located only on the inside and all the studios overlook it. Parking is not provided, but there are public and private parking nearby. A supermarket is located opposite the accommodation. Coming from the direction of Limenaria, turn right at the main intersection (not by car) and when you reach Mamma's Gyros, turn right again. Just after the turn, on your right, you will see a sign for Ioanna's House. Ioanna's House is an excellent choice for those who want to be in the center of the action and those who want quality accommodation.

The Floral Villa is located in the heart of Potos, in a street parallel to the beach and where all facilities are located. Also, it is a minute from the city beach. It is decent, renovated accommodation. The accommodation is 120 meters from the beach. The supermarket is located right next door. One two-room apartment with a kitchen located outside it, on the terrace, is available for online booking. The two-room apartment is located on the second floor. It has one double bed and two joined single beds. The bedrooms were renovated in April 2025. It has WiFi, hair dryer, mosquito nets, TV and air conditioning. Cleaning is done every other day, while bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay. The accommodation does not have a private parking lot. However, public parking (which is free) is located 150 meters away. When you come to Potos from the direction of Limenaria, immediately after the Alexandra Beach Hotel, turn diagonally to the right and go down that street to the Maliaros market, which will be on your right. Right next to the market, you will see the Floral 2 villa.

It is an excellent choice for a larger group or family that wants complete isolation, comfort and a large yard for barbecuing and socializing. The city beach in Potos is 1.5 km away, and the first shops and center with restaurants and souvenir shops are 1.3 km away. It is an apartment with four bedrooms (125m2), located on the first floor of the house, while the owners live on the ground floor. Its maximum accommodation capacity is for nine adults and one child. All four rooms are equipped with a double bed, while one of them has a single bed. An extra bed can be added for a child. In the living room, there is a shared kitchen that has a stove with two hotplates, a toaster and a coffee machine. In each of the rooms there is a refrigerator, cooker, air conditioner, TV and private bathroom, in order to guarantee privacy in the case of a stay of several couples or a large group. The apartment also has a hair dryer, iron, mosquito nets and internet. It has a total of four bathrooms, one of which has a jacuzzi tub. The apartment has a large balcony at the front, which is shared and overlooks the sea in the distance, while each bedroom has its own smaller balcony with a view of the sea (side) or the olive grove. Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three days. Pets are allowed with prior arrangement. The yard is huge, and right next to the house is an area for sitting and barbecuing under the vines. It is fenced and has a lockable gate. Parking is within the yard. You will reach the accommodation when you turn from the main intersection in Potos towards Teologos and 1.3 km from there you will see a left turn. On the upper level, which is separated by an accordion door, there is a bedroom with a double bed measuring 160x200. The maisonettes have two terraces and overlook the pool and yard. The apartments (40m²) are equipped in the same way as the maisonettes, with the difference that they are organized on one level. They have a living room with a kitchen in which there is a sofa bed for two people, while the bedroom with a double bed is separated by a door. All accommodation units are equipped with two air conditioners, two televisions, internet, mosquito nets, a safe and a hair dryer, and guests have an iron and an ironing board at their disposal. The kitchens are fully equipped and include a standard refrigerator, two hotplates, a toaster and a coffee maker. The cleaning of the units, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is done daily. Pets are not allowed. The yard is beautifully landscaped and contains swimming pools for adults and children, umbrellas and sunbeds, as well as a small playground for children. In one part of the yard there is a summer house with a barbecue, table and chairs. The parking lot is private and is located right in front of the entrance to the yard. In order to reach the accommodation, at the main intersection in Potos you need to turn left towards Theologos and drive for about 600m, until you see a children's playground on the left.
