All three apartments can accommodate up to 5 people, consist of a bedroom located on the upper floor, kitchen, living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Two apartments have a balcony overlooking the sea, one apartment has a garden view from the window. Additional equipment includes air conditioning, wireless internet and satellite TV. All our guests can enjoy their dishes with a beautiful view of the crystal clear sea and the charming bay of Zaton from the terrace in front of the house. The garden with barbecue behind the house is also available to all our guests. Each apartment has its own private parking in front of the house or garage on request. Zaton is very well connected with Dubrovnik and its surroundings, no matter what type of transport you use. The sea and beaches are only 50m from our house.

Apartments Villa Gordana are located in Pješčana uvala, a place formed along the coast of one of the many bays between Pula and Medulin. Our house is located 150 m from the sea. Our goal is to create a home away from home for all guests by providing comfort and kindness

The apartments are located a minute walk from the sea. The town center, with all the necessary facilities (supermarket, cafes, post office, bus station), is 4 minutes away. Each apartment has air conditioning, satellite TV, all kitchen elements, microwave and refrigerator. Use of air conditioning is included in the price. The apartments are modernly equipped and consist of a kitchen with dining area and living room with sofa bed, bathroom, bedroom, terrace. The apartments are for 4 or 5 people. There is a possibility to use the barbecue. Bed linen, towels, tea towels and final cleaning are included in the apartment rate. Karin has a healing mud that is beneficial for rheumatic and muscle pain. The advantages of vacationing in Karin are certainly the relatively short distance from the Zrmanja canyon, where rafting tours are organized. An hour and 15 minutes drive away is the famous beach Zrce known as the Croatian Ibiza. Every summer, the Karin beach has a children's attraction, a carousel and cars.
