When after some 150 meters you reach the first big crossroads (with Dimitriadou Street), continue straight (about 350 meters) all the way to the next big crossroads (with the main road Thassos - Prinos). There, turn left, and after some 650 meters, turn left again (fifth street to the left) into Pier Mie Vampez, where you will see Hotel Antigone after 500 meters on the right.
