Our house is quietly located in an olive orchard and is the ideal location to enjoy a relaxing stay at the sea. It's only 500 m to the beach and 4 km to the next village. The adorably furnished heatable studios consist of one room with fully equipped kitchenette, shower/wc, balcony with view to the sea and Mt. Ahtos. There is also a complete apartment (65 sqm) consisting of a living room with TV and piano, 2 beds, separate bedroom with big bed, kitchen, shower/wc, veranda to the garden. During the off season period a perfect place to write a book, compose music, paint, meditate, hike and relax. There is no direct neighbourhood. Tavernas and shops are found in the surrounding villages. To Thessaloniki it's a 100 km ride. It's advisable to have a car, as public transportation is scarce. We have also organized several seminars and workshops, yoga, painting, self-awareness, african drums, etc. - we are open for many ideas. Our description Accommodation is located in the best location in Potos - on the beach, in a place protected from noise and traffic. When you reach the central crossroads in Potos from the direction of Limenaria, continue straight for another 20 meters and turn right into the first alley. At the end of that alley you will see the gate which is the entrance to the Lysistrata Bungalows car park. These bungalows are definitely unique in their location. They are located in the city center and on the beach. They are protected from noise, they are ideal for families with small children, but also for all those who want to have accommodation right next to the beach. The beach is sandy both in the water and on the shore, with gradual depth. Accommodation consists of 12 bungalows with 12 studios in them - seven four-bed and five three-bed. Quadruple studios have one double and two single beds, and triple studios have one double and a single bed. The studios are air conditioned and have a kitchen, satellite TV, mosquito nets, hair dryer, as well as tables with chairs in front. Areas are between 20 and 25m2. Cleaning is done daily, and towels and bed linen are changed every 3 days. The property also has a private car park and a beach bar with sun loungers and parasols (which you can use with a drink or coffee). WiFi is available in the courtyard and bar. Guests can also use two mobile grills. A 50% deposit is sent at the time of booking, which is fully refundable if canceled up to 25 days before the start of the package. Children are protected in the yard because there are no busy streets nearby. This is a family house Radjenovic, located on a plot of 3,000 m2, full of vines, various fruit trees, lots of greenery located in a quiet place, in the natural environment of Prijevor above Budva. We are located halfway between Budva and Jaz beach, on the slopes of Spas hill, which is protected by the state as a nature reserve. We rent a complete house or individual units max for 11 people, fully equipped. We are 2 km or 5 minutes by car from the center of Budva, and 2.5 km from the beach Jaz. Coming from the direction of Prinos and Potos, at the very beginning of Astris you will see a turn for bungalows, to the left of the highway. At the turn there is a sign marked Caripis. The Caripis Bungalows complex has a total of seven bungalows located in a very spacious courtyard. Each is intended for one family only. They are at a sufficient distance from each other so that everyone has privacy. In the first row of the yard there are two slightly larger bungalows (30m2) which have one bedroom with a double and a single bed, separated by a door from the room where the kitchen and sofa. The other five bungalows (25m2) can be for three or four people. In the first room there is one double bed, a single bed and a folding armchair, while in the second there is a kitchen. Each bungalow has a bathroom, veranda, kitchen, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets and wireless internet. The bungalows are very well maintained and clean. Cleaning and change of bed linen and towels is done every five days. If you want, you can clean yourself, because accessories and cleaning products are in every bungalow. The yard is very large. It contains several toys for children, three brick barbecues and a volleyball net. There is a private parking lot within the yard. The gas station is located 1km. Bungalows Karipis are ideal if you want a quiet, family vacation, alone or with friends in a place that has an organized beach, several restaurants and two markets with basic groceries, fruits and vegetables. One of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the island, Psiliamos, is about 500m from the bungalows Karipis, and Potos is about 6km away. The distance of the bungalow from the first drugstore is only a hundred meters. The beach is sandy on the shore, and there are sandy and rocky parts in the water. The Caripis bungalows are great as a base. They are located in a spacious yard full of olive trees, in a quiet place, away from traffic and crowds, and yet near the city beach, near Psiliamos and a five minute drive from Potos which offers entertainment, promenade, shops and entertainment. Villa Sissy in San Antonio is one of the most sought after accommodation, because it is located on a great sandy beach, ideal for families with children, relocated from the city and sheltered from traffic and noise, and yet just a minute drive to the center or 10-15 minutes walk along the beach. You will reach it by taking the highway from the direction of Limenaria, driving through Potos and exiting Potos. After about one kilometer (counting from the central crossroads in Potos) you will see a turnoff for the Atrium Hotel, and after a hundred meters or a little more another turnoff towards San Antonio Beach. You can take any turn - both will take you to San Antonio Beach. Looking from Potos, Villa Sissy is located between the Atrium Hotel and the Kamari Hotel. The villa is on the beach. It has a total of 8 accommodation units, 4 apartments and 4 studios located on the ground floor and first floor. The villa has recently been completely renovated with beautiful furniture, has a large yard with a landscaped lawn and plenty of space for children to play.
