Two studios on the ground floor have one double bed, a sofa for one adult and a sofa bed, while the third differs only in that it has two single beds instead of a double bed. The bathroom has a shower cabin, the kitchen is fully equipped with a small fridge and stove, and the terrace overlooks the yard. There is a studio (about 30m2) on the ground floor of the fourth building, and a duplex apartment (about 55m2) on the first floor. The studio has two single beds, a sofa for one adult and a pull-out armchair, a bathroom with a shower and an equipped kitchen with a small fridge and a stove. Ioulia Studios is located in the first row to the sandy beach in Keramoti. We offer modernly decorated studios and apartments, some of which have a view of a spacious yard with a barbecue and a place to sit and enjoy. A parking space is provided for all guests. The villa is located 200m from the beach. Ioulia Studios is a new villa built in 2013. It has modernly equipped studios and a beautifully landscaped yard. We offer five studios (28-38m2) on the ground floor (a few steps above road level) with a view of the street and one duplex apartment (70m2) on the first floor with a view of the courtyard and the street. Two double studios (#1 and #2) have one double bed. The remaining three studios (#3, #4 and #5) are three-bed and each have a double bed and a single bed. In studio number 4, the French bed is slightly separated. The studios have an equipped kitchen with a stove, a small fridge, a toaster, an electric kettle and a bathroom with a shower. Only a baby cot can be inserted into the double-bed studios, while an extra bed can be added into the three-bed studios. The duplex apartment has two bedrooms with one double bed each. If necessary, two additional beds can be added. Both bedrooms open onto the terrace with a view of the street, while the terrace with a view of the courtyard is accessed from the living room. The kitchen is equipped and has a stove and a large refrigerator. The bathroom is older and has a bathtub with a curtain. The apartment has three air conditioners. They try to make their vacation better by giving them information about the place and the surroundings or occasionally organizing a barbecue. By the way, both Kinira and Paradise beach are recognizable by the conical islet located opposite them, which they overlook. There are several restaurants and markets in Kinira. A larger selection of facilities needed by tourists is in Skala Potamia, 7km from Kinira.
