Kitchen in studio no. 5 is part of the room, not on the terrace, it is equipped like the others, except that it has a large refrigerator, not a small one. The bathroom in all units has a shower tub with a curtain. All accommodation units are air-conditioned and offer free Wi-Fi internet and TV. In front of studio no. 5, in the interior of the building, there is another shared terrace that can be used by all guests. Bed linen and towels are changed every four days, and guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. The accommodation does not have private parking, but parking is possible in the immediate vicinity, along the street where there is usually space. The bedrooms of the Menia apartment have double beds, while the Stella apartment has a double bed in one and two single beds in the other bedroom, as well as a toilet next to the bathroom.
