It is in very good condition, decorated in a traditional style dominated by a combination of wood and stone, and the rooms are furnished with taste, they are fresh and pleasant. Across the quiet street there is a fenced area with plenty of natural shade (very pleasant for sitting) and an equipped playground for children. From there, you can go down the stairs to the beach, which is almost private in that part, it is narrow, pebbly and unkempt, but beautiful. Apart from a couple of traditional taverns and a shop with basic necessities in the area, there is no tourist offer, so you will have to drive to Neos Marmaras or Nikiti (10 km) for entertainment or shopping. The apartment is located on the ground floor (a few steps above street level). The bedroom is separate and has one double bed, wardrobe and exit to the veranda. In the living room you will find a drawer bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator with freezer and a stove, as well as an exit to another veranda. Here it is possible to add an extra bed or a cot (without extra charge), but the owners note that in this case the comfort of the guests is greatly impaired and called into question, while the possibility of inserting a cot into the bedroom does not exist at all.
