There are two studios on the third floor (attic). Superior studio (27m2) has two single beds and one drawer bed, so it can accommodate up to four people. There is also an equipped kitchen with a stove and a refrigerator with a medium-sized freezer, a bathroom (shower with curtain) and a terrace with a barbecue, the use of which is charged. The terrace offers a great and picturesque view of Ouranopolis. The second studio (15m2) has a standard double bed and a single bed of slightly larger dimensions, equipped kitchen (stove and large refrigerator with freezer), bathroom (shower with curtain) and a spacious terrace with amazing sea views. All units are air conditioned, have TV, internet signal, hair dryer and awnings on the terraces. A fountain is also available to guests. A cot is available on request, but cannot fit in every unit. In front of the house is a parking lot, there are toys for children, as well as a common terrace with a beautiful sea view. Unobtrusive owners are always available. The house is located on a small hill, and the beach can be reached by a path between other houses. The beach is 70m away, it is sandy, with shallow and crystal clear water. There are several taverns on the beach. A van with fresh fruits and vegetables passes by the street next to the beach every day. The nearest shop is on the highway, 2.4 km from the house, and the bakery just before it, 1.6 km from the house. Aggelina house consists of five four-bed studios. Three (nos. 2, 3 and 4) are located on the first floor, and two (nos. 1 and 5) on the ground floor. Studios with bunk beds can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children, while others can accommodate a maximum of three adults and one child. Of the three studios on the first floor, two (Nos. 3 and 4) are with a double bed and bunk beds, and one (No. 2) with a standard double bed and a French bed narrower than the standard. The kitchens are equipped with basic utensils, a stove and a small fridge. Only in studio no. 2 large refrigerators. The bathrooms are the same and have a shower with a curtain. All studios have a walk-in terrace with a seating area and side sea views. Studio no. 1 has one standard double bed and another narrower than the standard one. There are different versions of how his name came about. The first version of the story is related to the shade of the Holy Mountain (in Greek skia), the second version comes from paraphrasing the Ancient City of the area (Siggos) which in the following years took the name Siggia and finally Sikija. Perix House was built in 1986 and it was renovated in the year 2000. It’s rated a “two key” Family Hotel. The Hotel is built in three levels with a large lawn on two different levels. We have available twenty studios in three levels including nine two room(or Duplex) and nine single room studios suitable for couples and families with up to three children. Our duplex apartments can accommodate up to five people, two in main bedroom, one in the kitchen and 2 children in the raised platform bed (see pictures). We have green lawn in two different levels and a playground on each level for children to play all day safely inside a protected area. There are also 2 Built BBQ sets 1 on each level available for the tenants. The lower level lawn is at the back of the Hotel, and the upper level lawn is situated in the front of the Hotel. Our house is quietly located in an olive orchard and is the ideal location to enjoy a relaxing stay at the sea. It's only 500 m to the beach and 4 km to the next village. The adorably furnished heatable studios consist of one room with fully equipped kitchenette, shower/wc, balcony with view to the sea and Mt. Ahtos. There is also a complete apartment (65 sqm) consisting of a living room with TV and piano, 2 beds, separate bedroom with big bed, kitchen, shower/wc, veranda to the garden. During the off season period a perfect place to write a book, compose music, paint, meditate, hike and relax. There is no direct neighbourhood. Tavernas and shops are found in the surrounding villages. To Thessaloniki it's a 100 km ride. It's advisable to have a car, as public transportation is scarce. We have also organized several seminars and workshops, yoga, painting, self-awareness, african drums, etc. - we are open for many ideas. It is located 200m from the center of Jerisos (between the church and the stadium) and only 70m from the sandy, landscaped beach, where you can with a minimum drink of 3 euros (per person), use free parasols and deck chairs. It consists of two modern maisonettes on the first floor, with an accommodation capacity for 6-7 people, which exude cleanliness and comfort. Maisonette Armonia 1 (67m2) in the lower room has a living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and bathroom. The first floor consists of a gallery with two bedrooms (one with a double bed and two with single beds), which are not completely physically closed (on one side, instead of a wall, there is a curtain) and have skylights.
