Anastasia Studios is a very high quality accommodation, about a hundred meters from one of the most beautiful beaches on Thassos, Golden Beach. It has a beautifully landscaped courtyard, with a bar where you can order a drink, as well as modernly decorated accommodation units with new furniture. Villa Anastasia Studios is located in Skala Panagia, better known as Golden Beach, across from Alexandra Golden Hotel, in a quiet street very close to the beach. The villa is very beautiful, with landscaped garden, outdoor bar, barbecue and bar inside the building. Breakfast is available at the bar and costs 7.5e per day, per person. The yard is really nicely decorated, with lots of flowers, greenery and paths, with chairs and tables where you can enjoy and order drinks from the bar which is also located in the yard. Parking is possible along the street where the villa is located. On the beach in front of the building there are parasols and deck chairs, if you do not want to drink anything then the use is paid extra, and if you order a drink deck chairs and umbrellas are free. Accommodation is very easy to reach, if you come from the direction of Skala Potamia, when you pass Villa Almyra, turn right into the first street and after a few meters, you will notice Villa Anastasia on your left. The first market is located 500m from the accommodation. If you want accommodation in a quiet location, close to the beach, with a bar within the yard, Anastasia can be a great choice.

Katerina Studios is a renovated accommodation next to the main road that leads from Limenaria to Potos. It is located in the city center, a minute from all amenities. Studios Katerina can serve as a great base for touring the island and the very beautiful beaches located near Limenaria and Potos. At relatively low prices you can get decent accommodation with beautiful sea views. The smaller city beach is some 300m away from it, and the larger beach 600m. It is a three-storey building consisting of five double studios with sea and mountain views. All studios are located on the second and third floor and have one double bed. Superior studio has a sea view, is located on the third floor and has an area of about 20m2, while the others are slightly smaller (about 18m2). The owners live on the first floor. On the third floor there is a superior studio, one studio with mountain views and one with mountain and sea views. On the second floor are two units with mountain views, while one of them has a partial sea view. The studios are air conditioned and feature a TV, an equipped kitchenette and a balcony. The terraces of some of the studios, especially those on the higher floors, have a fantastic view of the sea. The third bed can only be inserted in the superior studio. There are no mosquitoes, but the owner will give you mosquito pills if you need them. Cleaning is done every two days, while towels and bed linen are changed every three days.
