All units have the same layout and are modernly equipped, with air conditioning, TV, internet and mosquito nets. Three shared grills are at guests' disposal. Cleaning, as well as changing of towels and bed linen, is done every three days. In front of each house there is a spacious terrace with seating, and a covered parking space is provided next to each unit. Arina Villa is located outside the center of Skala Maries, on the road to Limenaria. If you are coming from the direction of Prino, after the turn for Atspas beach, continue for about 700 meters and on the left you will see the road that leads to Villa Arina. The hotel is located in Skala Potamija, in the first row from the sea and 200m from the sandy city beach with a long shallow. In its rich offer, it has 16 accommodation units with a capacity of 2-4 people. There are eight standard rooms facing the rear courtyard, six rooms with side sea view, one studio with side sea view and one family studio with courtyard view. All accommodation units are equipped with a French bed and, depending on how many people are staying, the owners insert a couch or a sofa bed if necessary. The area of ​​the rooms is about 18m2, while the square footage of the studios varies, from 22m2 to 24m2. The family studio is located on the second floor, as well as the studio with a side view of the sea. Double rooms are located on the first and second floor, as well as rooms with a side view of the sea. All accommodation units have air conditioning and TV, hair dryer, refrigerator, electric kettle and bathroom. Only the studios have a small kitchen in their unit, unlike the rooms. Internet access is also available to guests. Cleaning is done every day and towels and bed linen are changed every other day. Private parking is provided for guests of this accommodation. When you reach the central intersection in Skala Potamia (from the direction of Golden beach), turn left and drive straight until you reach the promenade and the sea, then turn left again until you see the hotel on your left. The first market is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. The biggest advantage of this hotel is certainly its location, considering that you are only a few steps away from the entrance to the water. The downside is the smaller square footage of the rooms, but if you want accommodation near the sea, it can't be closer than this. A very nice hotel in the first row from the sea owned by an elderly lady, very kind and hospitable. Hotel Maria is located in the first row from the sea in Skala Potamia. The beach at the entrance is rocky, and hotel guests can use sunbeds (there are four pairs of sunbeds with umbrellas in total). It is 200m away from the sandy city beach with gradual depth, while it is about 500m away from the center. The hotel has a total of eight double rooms - four with two single beds and four with a double bed. Each room has a bathroom, refrigerator, hair dryer, table and two chairs in front of the entrance. A cot can be obtained upon request when booking, and guests can use a portable grill in the courtyard of the villa. The rooms are located on the ground floor and on the first floor, they are very clean and nicely decorated. The square footage of the accommodation units is about 12m2. On the second floor there is a very well-equipped shared kitchen for preparing meals. There is also a dining room with tables and chairs and a fantastic direct view of the crystal clear and blue sea. On the first floor, in front of the entrance to the rooms, there is a narrow veranda with a beautiful view of the unreal blue sea, while the rooms on the ground floor open directly into the courtyard and also have a beautiful view of the sea. Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every 4 days, and more often if necessary. Hotel Maria has private parking. If they wish, guests can pay for a continental breakfast at a price of 5e per day, per person. The first market is about 50m away, and the bakery about 100m away. We recommend Hotel Maria to guests who are not demanding and know how to enjoy being near the sea, a beautiful and romantic view from the veranda, from the courtyard and the dining room, and at the same time they want affordable accommodation on the beach.

It was completely renovated in 2009, and offers a total of seven accommodation units, three with a kitchen (25m2), and four only with a refrigerator (15m2). The rooms are double and all have a French bed. Four rooms have a fantastic view of the sea, because the hotel is in the first row to the sea. The hotel also has one apartment on the first floor (35m2), which consists of a bedroom and a living room and can accommodate a family of four or five. There is a double bed in the bedroom, while there are two sofa beds in the living room. The apartment has two air conditioners and a side view of the sea, as well as a cabin in the bathroom. All rooms, including the suite, have mosquito nets on the windows and doors. The balconies on the side of the hotel are smaller. The kitchens in the studios and apartments are not intended for frying, but only for preparing light meals. If you are coming from the direction of Limenas, you will find accommodation very easily since it is located on the main road. As soon as you enter the town itself, keep driving straight until you reach an ATM and a bakery. Continue straight for a few meters and you will see Blue Sky Villas on your left, a few meters before Niki supermarket. The first supermarket is a few minutes' walk away, as is the bakery. There is also an ATM nearby.
