The apartment with one bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a double bed in the bedroom, while the living room has two beds for one person and a sofa bed. The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV, internet, equipped kitchen with stove and small fridge in the studios and large fridge with freezer in the apartment, mosquito nets, bathroom with shower in the studios and shower cabin in the apartment and terrace (4m2). Bed linen and towels are changed every three days. The yard is spacious and landscaped, with plenty of greenery, a swimming pool, a brick barbecue under the summerhouse and covered private parking for all guests. GreenOtel Studios & Apartments is located on a hill in Sarti, with a wonderful view of the town and the beach. It is ideal for all those who want to be close to all events and the beach. The center of the town with shops, taverns, pharmacy, cafes and souvenir shops is located about 300m away, while the beach is about 350m away. This accommodation welcomes people from the age of three. There are 12 accommodation units on offer, of which there is one double room (No. 2), two double rooms (No. 6 and 7), four three-bed rooms (No. 4, 5, 9 and 10), one four-bed studio (No. 3) and four four-bed apartments (No. 1, 8, 11 and 12). Double room no. 2 is located on the second floor and has a sea view. It is equipped with a French bed. Double studios no. 6 and 7 are located on the first floor and have a side view of the sea. They are also rented out as triple beds, because an extra bed can be added to the double bed that already exists in the studio. Three-bed studios no. 9 and 10 are located on the ground floor and face the street, while studios no. 4 and 5 on the second floor and facing the sea. All four studios have one double bed and one single bed. Four-bed studio no. 3 is located on the first floor and has a sea view. It is equipped with one French, one single and one drawer bed. Four-bed apartment no. 8 is located on the ground floor and looks towards the street, apartments no. 12 is on the first, and no. 1 and 11 on the second floor, and all three have a view of the sea. Apartment no. 8 has one double, one single and one drawer bed, apartment no. 12 one double bed and a sofa for two persons and apartments no. 1 and 11 have one double and two single beds. All accommodation units have TV, internet, hairdryer, mosquito nets, bathroom with shower and balcony with table and chairs. All accommodation units except room (no. 2) have a kitchen, and it is equipped with a stove and a refrigerator. Cleaning, changing of towels and bed linen are done every three days. An additional change of towels and bed linen, outside of the provided, is charged extra. Private parking is available only for three-bed studios no. 9 and 10, while other accommodation units can park in front, as well as in the public parking lot just a few steps from the accommodation. Before you enter Sarti, from the direction of Vourvourou, you will see a sign for this accommodation and you should turn left there. Continue straight, pass Hotel Maistrali and you will see the accommodation on the right. Not far from the sea, in new Sarti, is the villa Irida. Although it is close to the main road, it has a large secluded yard and is protected from the bustle and noise. The yard is a real little paradise for families because it has a summer house, barbecue and toys for children. It is about 220m from the town's sandy beach, and 300m from the nearest market. The center of the town with all facilities is about 800m away. It consists of six four-bed studios (24m2), two five-bed wooden houses (40m2), one three-bed deluxe apartment (35m2) and one three-bed studio (37m2) fully adapted for people with disabilities. Four-bed studios are equipped with one French bed and bunk beds. Three studios are located on the ground floor and have a 6m2 balcony, while the remaining three studios are on the first floor and have a slightly larger terrace. The wooden houses are on the ground floor and are located next to each other. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the other two single beds with a trundle bed, and in the living room there is a corner sofa. The kitchen is slightly separated from the living room, but without a door between. The three-bed deluxe apartment is on the ground floor and has a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the room with the kitchen. The three-bed studio is also on the ground floor and everything is adapted for people with disabilities. It is equipped with one French bed and a folding armchair. All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV and internet. In the kitchen there is a stove, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and refrigerator with freezer compartment (only in wooden houses is a large refrigerator with freezer). The bathroom has a shower cabin. There is a table and chairs on the terrace and all accommodation units face the courtyard, except for the three-bed rooms facing the street. There is a private parking lot within the yard. The yard is beautifully designed, and is suitable for families who like to barbecue or enjoy on the deckchairs, while supervising the children playing in the mini-playground with swings and a slide. The warm atmosphere is also contributed by the very friendly owner of French-Greek origin, who is always available to her guests. The accommodation is located on the main road in Sarti, it is well signposted, so it is very easy to find it from whichever direction you are coming from. If you are looking for accommodation where you will feel at home, then this accommodation is the right choice for you.

The accommodation is located next to the ring road outside Sarti. It is about 450m from Platania beach, about 2.5km from the center of Sarti, and the nearest supermarket and bakery are 1km away. It consists of two houses with a total of 23 accommodation units, in a huge courtyard where the Platania House accommodation is completely separate. In the first building, there are two two-bed studios on the first floor with one double bed each, one three-bed studio on the first floor and three three-bed studios on the ground floor, each with one double bed and one single bed. Five four-bed studios are distributed on the first and second floor, each with two French beds. Two four-bed apartments are on the first floor, but can accommodate five people. In the room with the kitchen, they have one double bed, and in the other there are bunk beds. The rooms are separated by accordion doors. One five-bed apartment is located on the ground floor and has a French and a single bed in a room with a kitchen, and two single beds in the bedroom. The new accommodation units, eight new three-bed studios, are located in the second building, four on the ground floor and another four on the first floor. They have one double bed and one single bed each, and are decorated more modernly than those in the first building. All accommodation units have separate terraces or access to the yard, and the two studios on the first floor in the new building have two terraces. They have a direct or partial view of the sea in the distance, a kitchen with hotplates and a small fridge with freezer, a TV and mosquito nets. All bathrooms in the second building have shower curtains and accordion doors. Some accommodation units have an enclosed shower area and some do not. In the first building, all the bathrooms have been renovated and have an unfenced shower area (only tiles). In agreement with the owners, you can get a cot for a baby, a hair dryer, and a washing machine for use. Cleaning, such as changing towels and bed linen, is for five days. Pets are allowed with prior request. Private parking is provided, and in the large green yard with plenty of space, there is a barbecue, a playground for children, as well as tables and chairs. In the accommodation units in the first building, it can be a little noisier due to the proximity of the ring road, while it is quieter in the second building. You will find accommodation very easily if you travel from the north. From the entrance to Sarti, you need to continue straight on the main road for approximately 3 km, after which you will see a sign with the name of the accommodation on your right, and then the accommodation itself. Archontariki Studios is a complex that is ideal for everyone who wants privacy and enough space to rest in the yard, while at the same time being able to quickly reach other facilities by car.

Blue Senses Apartments is a modernly furnished accommodation in the second row to the sea, at the end of Sarti Bay. It is located in a quiet location, ideal for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and very close to a wonderful beach with bars and enough space for guests who want to enjoy themselves. Paža is 30m away, the nearest restaurant and beach bar are 20m away, and a supermarket with a bakery is 160m away. The center can be reached very quickly by car, and it takes about 20 minutes on foot. The offer includes three-bed, four-bed, six-bed type A (renting two three-bed apartments at the same time) and six-bed apartments. Three-bed apartments type A (25m2) are located on the first and second floors. They have a double bed in the bedroom, and a single bed in the room with the kitchen. Four-bed apartments type B (27m2) are located on the ground floor. They have a double bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed for two children in the room with the kitchen. Six-bed apartments of type A (50m2) are created by joining two three-bed apartments of type A, so they have two bedrooms with one double bed each, as well as two kitchens with one single bed each. The six-bed apartment (55m2) is located on the second floor. There is a double bed in one bedroom, bunk beds in the second, and a sofa for two people in the room with the kitchen. The apartments are air-conditioned, have wireless internet, TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets, safe, kitchen with two hotplates and a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, bathroom with shower and a terrace with a side view of the sea. A cot is available on request. A laundry service is available at an additional cost at the Blue Senses Hotel, located next door. Cleaning is done every day, towels are changed every two days, and bed linen is changed every seven days. On the beach there is a bar and a restaurant under the same ownership, so it is possible to use sunbeds and umbrellas with the obligatory consumption of drinks. Breakfast is served in the restaurant. There is no private parking, but there is enough parking space on the street. After entering Sarti, turn left at exit E, then turn right and at the end of the street turn right again. After 50m you will see the Blue Senses Hotel, and right behind it the Blue Senses Apartments. If you are looking for accommodation in a quiet location, near a sandy beach with shallow water, then Blue Senses Apartments is the right choice.

House Petris has a wonderful view of the sea, from which it is about 80 meters away. The center of Sarti is only a few steps away, and the free, large public parking lot is right across the street. Petris House is somewhere in the middle of Sarti (between the new and old part). Only a street and a parking lot separate it from the sandy beach. The first market and bakery are 70m from the house, and taverns and souvenir shops are in the center, which is the same distance away. There is a pizzeria within the house, and ice cream is also sold. It consists of two connected buildings, one of which is newer, the other older. There are three two-bed and two four-bed studios in the newer one, and one three-bed, four four-bed and one five-bed apartments in the old one, as well as four two-bed and two four-bed studios, all six renovated. All accommodation units are located on the first floor. Double studios overlook the mountain and each one is equipped with a double bed. Four-bed studios overlook the sea and the adjacent terrace (see pictures) and have two French beds. The three-bed apartment has one French and one single bed in the room, and the kitchen is separate. It has a sea view. Four-bed apartments have one French and one single bed in the bedroom and another single bed in the kitchen. They have a view of the mountain. The five-bed duplex apartment has two separate bedrooms and a kitchen in between. There is a double bed in one bedroom, and a double and single bed in the other. It has a sea view. Two-bed studios have a double bed, and four-bed studios have one double bed and a sofa bed for two children. All accommodation units have internet, air conditioning, TV, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. The kitchen is standardly equipped, has a stove with two burners and a small refrigerator with a freezer section, and the bathroom has an enclosed shower area. Only the bathrooms in the renovated studios have a shower cabin. Bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay. A hair dryer is available for use as needed. The washing machine can be used as needed, one wash is free, while each subsequent wash is subject to an additional charge. Small pets are allowed upon request. There is no private parking, but there is free public parking in front of the building. Coming from the direction of Vourvuru, turn left at the Fact club, then turn into the first street on the right and follow it all the way to the end. The street then leads to the left, continue there and turn into the second street on the right and after a few meters you will see a house. If you like to be close to the beach and the center, then this accommodation is the right choice for you.

It is ideal for all those who want to enjoy peace and quiet, while still having everything close to them. The house is located above the highway, 450m from the beach. The nearest market is 550m from the accommodation, and the town center is about 1km away. These are ordinary studios, renovated studios and deluxe studios, located on the ground floor and on the first floor, and renovated apartments on the first floor. Ordinary studios have three beds (3 Bed Studio) or four beds (4 Bed Studio). There are a total of 6 triple rooms, four of which are located on the ground floor and two on the first floor. They have one double bed and one single bed and can host up to 3 people, a maximum of 3 adults. There are a total of 8 four-bed ordinary studios, three of which are located on the ground floor and five on the first floor. They have one double bed and bunk beds. They can host up to 4 people, maximum 4 adults. Renovated studios have four beds (4 Bed Studio, Renovated) or five beds (5 Bed Studio, Renovated). There are a total of 4 renovated four-bed studios, two of which are located on the ground floor and two on the first floor. They have a double bed and bunk beds. They can host up to 4 people, maximum 4 adults. One on the first floor is smaller than the other three. There are a total of two five-bed renovated studios, both located on the ground floor. All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV, internet, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. In the kitchen there is a stove with two hotplates and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, while in the bathroom there is a shower cabin in the deluxe studio, or a shower tub in all other types. There is a table, chairs and an awning on the terrace. The deluxe studio has a view of the sea from afar, while the others have a view towards the pool or the courtyard. Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is done every five days. Pets are not allowed. In the front part of the yard there is a swimming pool around which deckchairs, a bar, a shower, then a brick barbecue and a summerhouse, as well as toys for children, are placed. There is a private parking lot in the rear part of the yard. Coming from the direction of Vourvourou, when you see Villa Doxa on the right, turn immediately to the right, onto an unpaved road. That road will lead you right to the house of Michalis. If you want accommodation with a swimming pool, activities for children, then this is the ideal accommodation for you. Giota House is considered one of the most popular accommodations in Sarti, both because of its location and because of its beautifully decorated interior. It is located in the new part of Sarti, in the first row to the sea, so it has a fantastic view of the sea. The beach is only 10m away, and the center is about 1km away. The nearest store is right next to the house. Two double studios (20m2) each have a double bed and are located on the ground floor. One two-bedroom studio (22m2) has one French bed, is located on the first floor and has a view of the sea. Two three-bed studios (25m2) each have one double bed and one single bed. Both have a view of the sea, one is on the ground floor and the other is on the first floor. The superior studio (43m2) is located on the first floor and has one double bed and one single bed in the bedroom, and there is a kitchen in a separate room. Three six-bed apartments (45m2) each have two bedrooms and a separate kitchen. Each bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. Two are located on the first floor, one has a side and a direct view of the sea, and the third is on the ground floor and has a direct view of the sea. All accommodation units have internet, air conditioning, TV, bathroom and kitchen, as well as a view of the sea (some side, some direct). Some are located on the ground floor, and some on the first floor. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3-4 days. Public parking is located in front of the house. A mobile grill is also available to guests. After entering Sarti from the north, continue on the main road towards Sikia for about 2 km and turn right at the eighth exit. Drive along that street for another 200m, then turn right and 20m later you will see Giota House on your right. Giota House is an excellent choice if you are looking for quality accommodation, on the beach, in the new part of Sarti. It is suitable for families with small children because the sea on the beach in front is shallow, unlike old Sarti where it is much deeper.

Katerina Mediterranean House is located in the first row to the sea, in new Sarti. It is an excellent choice for everyone who wants to enjoy the view of the sea, to be close to the city center, and yet in a quiet location. There is a sandy beach in front of the house, you only need to cross the street, where there are several cafes that offer sunbeds and umbrellas. A bakery and a shop are located a minute from the house, and the town center is a 5-minute walk away. It is a large house that is divided into two parts, Katerina Mediterranean House and Katerina 2 House. Katerina Mediterranean offers one duplex apartment (45m2) and seven studios (22-25m2). The apartment is located on the ground floor and has two bedrooms with one double bed each. On the ground floor there is also a three-bed studio with one French bed and one single bed each. Other studios are located on the first floor. Four triple rooms have one double bed and one single bed each, and two double rooms have one double bed. All accommodation units have been renovated, except for three three-bed studios. All accommodation units have TV, air conditioning, internet, mosquito nets, hairdryer, terrace with direct or side view of the sea, bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom of unrenovated studios has a shower with a curtain, while the other accommodation units have a shower cabin. The unrenovated studios have a stove and a small refrigerator in the kitchen, and the renovated ones have a stove, a microwave oven, and a small refrigerator, and the apartment, in addition to a stove and a microwave oven, also has a stove and a large refrigerator. Bed linen and towels are changed every four days. Pets are welcome. A brick barbecue is available to guests in the small inner courtyard. There is no private parking, but there is free public parking nearby. The easiest way to get to the house is when you enter Sarti and walk along the beach street from old to new Sarti, you will see the recognizable white and blue house and you have reached your destination. Katerina Mediterranean House is an excellent choice for anyone who wants to spend their vacation in accommodation that is a step away from the beach and close to the center.

It is suitable for all those who are looking for accommodation in a quiet location, but close to all the facilities that this place has to offer. On the roof terrace guests can use a jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing with a view of the surroundings. It is located about 200m from the beach and about 100m from the town center, thus from shops, taverns, cafes, bakeries. It has a total of eight studios, one with two beds (No. 1), two with three beds (No. 2 and 12), five with four beds (No. 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8) and two with five beds (No. 6 and No. 9). Studios number 1, 2 and 3 are older, while the others are newer. The two-bed studio (No. 1) is located on the ground floor, has an entrance from the street and has a double bed. The three-bed studio (no. 2) on the ground floor has one double bed and one single bed. The three-bed studio (no. 12) on the second floor has one double bed and a sofa for one person. The four-bed studio (No. 3) is also on the ground floor, with one double bed and bunk beds. This studio is not available for booking this season. Another four-bed studio (No. 4) is located on the ground floor, however, it is of more recent construction and also has a double bed and bunk beds. On the first floor, there is one four-bed studio (No. 5) with one double bed and bunk beds, then one five-bed studio (No. 6), which has one double bed, one single bed above the wardrobe and one sofa for two people, as well as another four-bed studio (No. 7) with one double bed and a sofa for two people. On the second floor there is a four-bed studio (no. 8) which is the same as studio no. 7. Five-bed studio (no. 9) is the same as studio no. 6 and is located on the ground floor. All studios have a kitchen equipped with a small refrigerator, a two-burner stove and the necessary dishes. All bathrooms have a shower cabin. The accommodation units have private balconies with a table and chairs, except for the five-bed studio no. 6 which has a walk-through balcony. All studios have internet, TV, mosquito nets, air conditioning and hair dryer. Cleaning of accommodation units during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three days. The yard is small and concreted, and guests can park their vehicles on the street in front of the accommodation. A barbecue and a shower are available to guests in the yard. Coming from the direction of Vourvourou, take the second street on the left after entering Sarti. Continue straight and turn left into the fifth street and after 50m you will see the accommodation on the right.
