At the church, turn right and drive to the beach, turn right there and drive straight for another 200m. After that, turn left and 40m later you will see this accommodation. Nikiti House 2 is located in a quiet part of Nikiti. It is an ideal choice for anyone who wants to spend their vacation away from the crowds and noise in a newer accommodation. The most beautiful part of the city beach - Saint George is about 650m away, while larger markets - Lidl and Masutis are about 1.5km away, and the town center is about 2km away. We offer only one apartment (40m2) on the first floor. It is equipped with one French bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed for two in the room with the kitchen. In the kitchen, there is an induction plate with two hotplates, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle and other necessary utensils. There is a shower in the bathroom. The apartment has air conditioning, TV, internet, mosquito nets, hair dryer and balcony with table and chairs. A baby cot can be added on request. Bed linen and towels are changed, as well as cleaning, after three days. In the yard guests have a barbecue and private parking. Pets are not allowed. Just a few minutes' walk from the sea, surrounded by a spacious grassy yard and equipped with everything necessary for a stay, it is very functional and allows for a pleasant vacation. If you stay here, in addition to deep peace and privacy, you are guaranteed, because you will have the entire house and property to yourself. The accommodation is located about 300 m from Kosma Pigadi beach, and it is in a very quiet and isolated location, and you can find shops, restaurants, supermarkets and other amenities only about 2 km away in Metamorfosi, or in the popular Nikiti, which is 5 km away. The house consists of a living room, which includes a dining room and a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle and all the necessary dishes and cutlery. It is equipped with basic things and can host three or four people. The yard is full of greenery, large, fenced and very suitable for carefree children's play, and the little ones have a swing at their disposal. Guests can enjoy the barbecue and use the garden shower. The access to the accommodation is a little worse, as it is a dirt road, and there is a private parking space in front. If you are coming - about 1.6 km after the turn for Metamorfosis, turn right and follow the street parallel to the main highway for another 700 m in the direction of Nikiti. The units are brand new with enough daylight, fresh and pleasant to stay in, and have a spacious and fenced balcony in front of the entrance. All apartments have air conditioning and free internet, a spacious living room with SMART TV and Netflix service, a bedroom with one double bed, a comfortable balcony covered with an awning, equipped for moments of relaxation, as well as a bathroom with a glass shower cabin, always hot water and a hair dryer. The only difference between the accommodation units is only in the case of the living room. Each apartment has a safe for storing valuables, and you can use an iron with an ironing board. Towels and bed linen are changed every five days. There is a possibility of an additional charge for heavily soiled sheets and towels. At the exit from Nikiti, driving in the direction of Neos Marmaras, about 300m after the gas station, turn right from the Nikiti-Sarti main road, and after about 500m you will be at the Vera Views accommodation. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. In front of the apartment is a veranda bordered by a wall with an awning, with a parasol and seating, as well as a side view of the sea and the yard. The six-bed duplex apartment on the first floor is of an older date, but the spaciousness and the view from it are really great advantages. In the living room with the dining room, there is an equipped kitchen, two single beds, air conditioning and a bathroom with a bathtub. This apartment has two bathrooms. The second room has two single beds, and the third room has a double bed, a sofa for two people and air conditioning. In front of the apartment is a small balcony with a table and chairs. This apartment is modestly furnished, and the furniture is not new. The guests of both apartments are provided with clothes dryers. Bed linen and towels are changed every five days. The yard in front of the accommodation is fenced, tucked away in greenery and flowers. It also has an outdoor shower. The beach across the road is sandy, with gradual depth and a few pebbles at the entrance to the sea (2-3m). The owner provides beach chairs for guests to use. The accommodation does not have a private parking lot and, although a place can be found in front of the villa along the street, the owners advise that cars be parked in the street behind the accommodation, for greater security and more space. After passing the traffic lights at the entrance to Nikita, just continue straight to the church that you will see on the right. Turn right there and drive straight to the sea (about 850m). Turn onto the promenade, into the street on the right and 200m later you'll reach Villa Ricci (on the way you'll pass the Arsanas restaurant, so you'll know you're on the right track). Erosaria Suites is a newly built, quality and modernly decorated accommodation within walking distance of the promenade and the beach in Nikiti. It stands out for its quality, excellent location, comfort, spacious accommodation units and impeccable hygiene, so it is an excellent choice for guests for whom quality and absolute safety are of crucial importance when choosing accommodation. It is located 400m from the city beach and promenade in Nikiti. The beach is sandy, with a gradual depth and small pebbles in the first 3-4m (but not everywhere, in certain places along the beach there are completely sandy entrances). It is about 600m from the Masoutis supermarket, and only 250m from the grocer and bakery. The accommodation was built in 2018 and the owners made sure that the service was at the hotel level. We offer three standard apartments that can accommodate 3-4 people, four maisonettes for 4-5 people on two levels, and one two-bed studio. Standard apartments (42m2) are located on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with a mini-oven with two hotplates, an electric kettle, a refrigerator and a dining table. There is a TV in the living room with the kitchen, and from the room you enter the bathroom equipped with a large shower cabin. All apartments have a private terrace (about 6m2, except apartment 101 whose terrace is about 10m2). There is an exit to the terrace along the entire length of the wall, and the curtains in front of the balcony door are photo-proof, so absolute privacy is guaranteed. There is a table with chairs on the terrace. On the upper level, that is, on the gallery connected by internal stairs, there is one double bed and an air conditioner. The bathroom in all maisonettes is spacious, with a glass cabin, i.e. a glass separate shower. Two maisonettes on the ground floor (104 and 105) have a fenced veranda with awnings. Accommodation units are soundproofed, have internet, mosquito nets, hair dryer, and entrance doors have security locks. If comfort in the accommodation is not of crucial importance to you, but the price, proximity to the beach, promenade, taverns and cafes are, this accommodation is the right choice for you. The accommodation is located behind the Vertigo cafe. It is only 30m away from the city beach, promenade and taverns, while it is about 200m away from the nearest mini-market. There are three three-bed studios (25m2) on the ground floor. The studios have one double bed narrower than standard, one single bed, TV, air conditioning, WiFi internet and a table with chairs on a private terrace. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary dishes, a stove with two burners and a small refrigerator, and the bathroom has an enclosed shower area without a curtain. Bed linen and towels are changed every fourth day. There is no private parking, nor is there a yard, but there are enough parking spaces in the area. After passing the traffic lights at the entrance to Nikita, drive straight until you see a church on the right side of the road. Turn right there and drive until you reach the city beach, then turn left. Drive straight for about 200m, when you see the Vertigo cafe, you'll know you've reached Stella accommodation.
