We offer two types of accommodation units located on the ground floor or on the first floor: Rooms for one or three people contain a double bed, an extra bed and a bathroom. Apartments without a kitchen consist of two levels and can host four or six people and contain a double bed, two single beds, two extra beds and a bathroom. The air-conditioned units contain TV with satellite and cable channels, Wi-Fi internet, hair dryer, mini bar and kettle. The bathrooms have a bathtub or a shower cabin with toiletries. A cot is available upon request and within the price. From the veranda or balcony, which are equipped with seating, there is a view of the yard. The hotel reception is open 24 hours a day. There is also a beautifully decorated lobby, bar and restaurant. The restaurant serves meals inspired by Mediterranean cuisine (breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet - self-service). Guests can use sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool as part of the price. Cleaning of accommodation units during the stay and changing of bed linen is done daily, while changing of towels is done every two days. Pets are not allowed. A private parking space for five cars is available. Also, a free parking place can be found near the accommodation. Sun Gate Hotel is 36.3 km from the port and 39.7 km from the airport.

Akti Klisma Studios is beachfront accommodation, so guests of this villa can enjoy the sound of the waves as soon as they wake up. The studios face the sea, there is a covered seating area in the yard, and parking is provided for all guests. A supermarket and a bakery are located in the center of Skala Kalirahi. At 450m from the house, there is the famous fish restaurant Klisma. The beach below the house is stony on the shore and the first few steps in the water, and then with a sandy bottom and shallows. There are paths leading to the sandy bottom area, for children to play and swim safely. Guests of this accommodation are provided with free sunbeds. The accommodation is only 3-4 km from Skala Marijes, 12 km from Limenaria and about 15 km from Potos, so you can make up for the lack of content for tourists in Skala Kalirahi with the offer in Potos and Limenaria, a large selection of shops, restaurants and supermarkets, with a promenade and entertainment. Skala Kalirahi is a very small place, but it has everything basic for a decent vacation (a small promenade, shops, restaurants, a pharmacy and a bakery) and it is 2.5 km away from the accommodation. Akti Klisma Studios is a new facility (renovated in 2011) located directly by the sea. There are a total of six spacious studios (25-27m2), three each on the ground floor and on the first floor. The studios on the ground floor have classic wooden furniture and a porch with seating, while the studios on the first floor are equipped with new and modern furniture and have a terrace. Two four-bed studios are located on the first floor and each have a double bed and a single bed and a sofa bed. The other four studios are three-bedded with one French bed and one single bed or a sofa. The studios are air-conditioned, have a kitchen, TV, air conditioning, bathroom, wireless internet, mosquito nets, hair dryer and a terrace with a breathtaking direct view of the sea. The studios on the ground floor open onto a common terrace, while the studios on the first floor have smaller private balconies. From the 2019 season, another two-bed studio (A4) with a double bed and an area of ​​15m2 is offered. Within the room there is also an equipped kitchen with a stove and a small refrigerator, air conditioning, television, mosquito nets, as well as a bathroom. The terrace is spacious and has a view of the sea. The studio is entered from the courtyard, and the terrace is on the first floor (when viewed from the beach). Cleaning, as well as changing towels and bed linen, is done every three days. Laundry service is available for an additional fee (depending on the amount). House rules that the owners ask guests to respect are from 3-5pm and after midnight. The yard is very spacious, full of flowers and greenery, fantastically landscaped and maintained accordingly. There is a private parking lot, a brick barbecue, a table tennis table, a basketball court, as well as plenty of space for children to play and enjoy the shade a step from the sea. The accommodation is located on the right side of the highway when going towards Limenaria, 2.5 km from the center of Skala Kalirahi. In the center is the city beach. According to the experience of many of our guests, Akti Klisma Studios is a dream accommodation, right by the sea, with a wonderful yard, beautiful terraces with a view, peace and shade. Erodios Studios is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach and is one of the accommodations in our offer that sells out the fastest. The studios are on the ground floor, and the apartments are on the first floor and can have a view of the sea. The yard is spacious, green and has toys for children and seating furniture. The beach that the accommodation overlooks is not spectacular. The strictest center of Skala Kalirahi is located at a distance of 1 km, where the city beach is, and the first store is a few hundred meters away. The building was built in 2007, very nicely and luxuriously equipped. The villa has two floors and consists of six studios on the ground floor and two apartments. Two studios have three beds (25m2) with a French bed and a sofa bed. Two double studios (20m2) have a double bed with two mattresses, while the other two (20m2) have a standard double bed and an extra bed can be inserted into them. The 4 Bed Apartment (40m2) is located on the first floor and has two bathrooms, a bedroom with a French bed and a sofa bed and a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen with a large fridge and stove. This accommodation unit has a view of the mountain and partly of the sea. 4 Bed Apartment, Owner's House (70m2) is located on the first floor, has a view of the sea and a large terrace that can be accessed from both rooms. There is a double bed in the bedroom, while in the living room there is a pull-out sofa for two children and an equipped kitchen with a small fridge and stove. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. It is not possible to add an extra bed. Some of the studios have a view of the sea, while all have air conditioning, TV, mosquito nets, terrace, bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, wireless internet signal, safe, hair dryer and baby cot on request. Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every three days, and more often if necessary. The villa has a beautiful and meticulously arranged yard, full of shade, toys for children and furniture for sitting and enjoying. Private parking is provided for all guests of the villa. The villa is located a few steps from the sea, on the left side of the highway coming from the direction of Prinos, right next to the Vlahos tavern. If you want quality accommodation on the west coast, very close to the beach, Studios Erodios is certainly one of the best choices.

Anny Residences & Suites is a modern and renovated accommodation, located in a quiet place. It offers a lot of opportunities for a nice vacation, since it has a swimming pool, as well as a restaurant with a bar. Accommodation is located in Skala Kalirahi, 300 meters from the sea and the center of the village with various shops. At the highest point after the second building is a swimming pool with a bar and restaurant. The facility was built in 1998, and the owners completely renovated the accommodation in 2023. Accommodation units are distributed in two buildings that belong to this complex. On the ground floor there is a 2 Bed Deluxe Room (25m2), which has a view of the courtyard. Deluxe Junior Suite rooms (30m2) are also located on the ground floor and overlook the courtyard, and on the first floor there are apartments of the type 4 Bed Apartment, Superior Suite (40m2 and do not have a kitchen), some of which have a view of the sea and some of them a view of the courtyard. On the second floor there are maisonettes (55m2), units on two levels. Two have a partial view of the sea, while the other three have a direct view. Accommodation units have air conditioning and TV, safe, hair dryer, mosquito nets, and baby cots are available (with prior notice). Only maisonettes have a kitchen, while the other accommodation units only have a fridge and an electric kettle. The amenities that guests of this accommodation have are: private parking, swimming pool, free wireless internet, and in the bar and restaurant next to the pool you can have a drink or coffee and enjoy the view. Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days. When you reach the central intersection in Skala Kalirahi from Prinos, turn left immediately after the church, at the sign Anny Studios. Continue straight along that road for another 100m, turn again into the third street on the right and the road will lead you to the courtyard of your accommodation. If you want decent accommodation in a small place ideal for vacation in the true sense of the word, in a quiet environment and with a nice view, Anny Studios can be a good choice. They are only 8 km from the port of Skala Prinos, and 20 km from the capital Limenas

Elena's House Garden is located in Skala Kalirahi in the immediate vicinity of the beach. The apartment is ideal for families or larger groups because it has two separate bedrooms and a spacious yard with a barbecue. The center of the village of Skala Kalirahi is about 2 km away, while the larger towns of Limenaria (14 km) and Potos (18 km) are a little further away. The accommodation is about 100m away from the nearest beach. The property in question is a duplex apartment renovated in 2012. It consists of two bedrooms and can accommodate up to seven people as it has one double bed, two single beds and two sofa beds. The owners can also give you an extra bed if needed. The apartment has two bathrooms and an equipped kitchen with a stove. This accommodation unit has an area of ​​about 65m2. Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen are done by agreement, depending on the length of the guests' stay. The yard is spacious and has a barbecue, a swing, deckchairs and a seating area. Guests can find a parking space on the road in front of the house, where there is always room. Coming from the direction of Prinos, turn off the highway 1.8 km after the port. When you pass the Panagia Church, after 300m turn left onto a dirt road and you will soon see your accommodation. Diana House is located in the center of Skala Kalirahi, close to the beach. We offer rooms without a kitchen, some of which also have a view of the sea. Guests have at their disposal a large common terrace, a common kitchen and a parking lot in front of the villa. The center with shops is about 100m away, as is the beach. There are seven double and triple rooms on the first floor, and an extra bed can be added to some triple rooms. Double rooms have one double bed, and three-bed rooms have one double and one single bed each (except for one that has two single beds and an extra bed). The rooms are modestly furnished and have internet, TV, fridge and bathroom. The terraces are either very small or they are connected to a common terrace that has a view of the sea, and there is also a common kitchen, barbecue and seating area. Another common kitchen is inside the house. Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every third day. The parking lot is in front of the house. Coming from the direction of Skala Prinos, you will reach a junction where you turn right towards the harbour, and Diana House is the last house before turning left. Summer Rooms is located in Skala Sotiros, 130m from the nearest beach. We offer rooms with a shared kitchen and a beautiful view of the sea or the mountains in the hinterland. The villa is affordable and in a good location. The sandy beach in the center is about 400m away. There are shops and a butcher, while a bakery is about 50m from the villa. The building was built in 1993. We offer three double and three triple rooms with an area of ​​about 14m2. On the first floor (high ground floor) there are two double rooms with two single beds and one triple room that overlooks the mountain and olive groves and has a double bed and a single bed. The double units face the front of the house. On each floor there is an equipped common kitchen with a stove and a kettle. On the second floor, there are two triple rooms with a French bed and a single bed and one double room with two single beds. It and another triple room overlook the sea, while the second triple room has a view of the mountain. All rooms have air conditioning, television, mosquito nets and a small refrigerator. It is not possible to add an extra bed or baby cot. The bathroom has a shower tub with a curtain. Pets are not allowed. Cleaning is daily, while towels and bed linen are changed every three days. A parking space is provided for all guests of the accommodation. Coming from the direction of Prinos, turn left into the street after the store with mattresses and water tires, 350m after the port. Continue straight for another 100m and turn right at the third turn onto the dirt road, where you will see the villa. Villa Toutoula is one of the most popular accommodations in our offer. It is located in the center of Skala Maries, a step away from the beach and the supermarket. Guests can choose one of the studios on the ground floor or on the first floor with sea view. The owners are very friendly and really try to make all their guests happy. Accommodation Tutula, as it is read, is located in the center of Skala Marijes, about 50m from the city beach and 500m from the famous Atspas beach. The city beach in front of the villa is sandy on the shore, and in the water there are stones for the first few meters, then sand and shallow water. Everything is available to guests just a few steps away. The neighboring house on the ground floor has a butcher's shop, and there is a supermarket in the house next to it. In the center of town there are taverns and a pharmacy. Toutoula Studios has a total of five publishing studios. On the upper ground floor are one two-bed (28m2) with two single beds, one three-bed (30-35m2) with three single beds and one four-bed (30-35m2) studio with two single beds and a bunk bed. Upstairs there is one studio with a sofa bed for two children, two single beds and a bunk bed, as well as another with four single beds. They have an area of ​​about 38m2. The villa was renovated in 2009. All studios have a kitchen, air conditioning, TV, bathroom, wireless internet and a terrace. All terraces, more or less, overlook the sea and the bay, with the studios on the first floor having a much nicer view. Cleaning is done every day, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days. The yard is small, paved and located behind the house. There are several parking spaces on the roadside extension in front of the villa, but it is not a private parking reserved only for Toutoula Studios guests. However, Skala Marijes is a small place, without many tourists and traffic, so parking is not a problem. When you go uphill from the Cavo D'Oro tavern in the central bay, after 40m you will see your accommodation with brown awnings on the left. If you want accommodation in a small place, very close to the sea, which does not cost a lot, then Toutoula Studios should be on the short list. Accommodation Porto Gatos is located in Skala Marijes, in the southwest of the island and has an excellent location - it is located in the first row to the sea and only a road separates it from Atspas beach. The accommodation has well-equipped studios and large balconies overlooking the sea. The center of Skala Marijes with all necessary facilities (supermarket, several restaurants and cafes, bakery, pharmacy, city beach) is 500m away, however, the first market is right next to the accommodation. The sandy Platanes/Sunset beach, at the other end of Skala Marijes, is 900m away. Villa Porto Gatos was built in 2008 and has been renovated several times. There are a total of six four-bed studios (25m2), three each on the first and second floors. They have a direct view of the sea, except for studios number 101 and 201, which look sideways towards the sea and towards the neighboring house, and they also have a slightly smaller terrace than the others. Studios number 103 and 201 each have two double beds, while the other studios have a double bed and two single beds. The studios are comfortable and have very spacious terraces with seating (chairs and a small table) and a beautiful view of the sea and Atspas beach. The studios are air-conditioned, have a TV, a well-equipped kitchen, a hairdryer and wireless internet. The owner does not want to promise exactly which unit guests will get because it depends on other reservations. Cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels is done every three days. There is a cafeteria on the ground floor of the house that is open until midnight, and only soft music is played. Breakfast or half board can be paid in agreement with the chef. In front of the house, on the street and extensions along the street, there are enough parking spaces for guests' cars. There is also a children's playground nearby (at the end of the street). Atspas beach, sandy, with a long shallow, organized, with a beach volleyball net and a parking area is right below the villa, connected by stairs that go down from the street. On it you can get umbrellas and sunbeds with a purchased drink. When driving from the direction of Prinos, you see the first sign for Skala Marijes, you should continue straight, pass the main entrance to the place and then turn right at the big ATSPAS sign. Follow the road and you will come straight to Porto Gatos Studios, on the right side of the street, just above a small sandy cove. Within the accommodation there is also a cafe of the same name. In short, we recommend this accommodation to those who truly know how to enjoy a beautiful sea, a quiet beach, sea smells, peace, quiet and isolation from the crowds and the city.
