The villa is located in Skala Maries, not far from the popular Atspas beach and offers its guests four furnished apartments for 4-6 people. The nearest store is located in the first row to the sea, at a distance of 100m, where the popular Atspas beach is. Most of the taverns, pharmacies, butchers and barbers are in the center of town, and they are 500m away from the villa. We offer two apartments with a sea view. Upstairs apartment (32m2), 4 Bed Apartment II (AMA:00002189921), the bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven. The apartment on the ground floor, 4 Bed Apartment I (AMA:00002189857), is slightly smaller (29m2), has the same layout, except that it does not have an oven in the kitchen and has a smaller refrigerator. Both apartments have a large terrace. From the 2018 season, two six-bed maisonettes are also offered, which are located a few steps below 4 Bed Apartment I and have a beautiful view of the sea. Maisonette number III (AMA:00000003895) has an area of ​​55m2, one French bed on the gallery, another in the bedroom on the ground floor and one sofa bed in the living room (1.6x2m). The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large fridge, stove, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a shower tub with a curtain. The terrace is spacious and has seating. Maisonette number IV (AMA:00000003927) is slightly larger (58m2) and is decorated in the same way. One French bed has dimensions of 1.6x2m, while the other is slightly narrower 1.4x2m (bed size is the same in both maisonettes). All accommodation units have wireless internet, air conditioning, mosquito nets and hair dryer. A washing machine is available for stays of six or more nights, in agreement with the owner and with an additional charge. Smoking in the apartments is prohibited. The owners provide clean bed linen and towels for 5-7 days, and the guests themselves take care of the cleanliness of the apartment during their stay and receive all the necessary preparations. Private parking is provided for guests of apartments III and VI, while guests of apartments I and II can park on the street. Coming from the direction of Prinos, when you see the sign for Atspas beach on the exit from Skala Maries from the highway, turn right and drive along the coast until you reach the crossroads (200m after the Porto Gatos cafe). On the right side of the road you will see a board for accommodation Dimitris Pension where you turn right and immediately after a few meters right again onto a worse dirt road that will lead you to your accommodation after 220m. The owners are very friendly and really try to make all their guests happy. The accommodation is located at a distance of 200m from the city beach and the Sunset beach. On the other side of the town is the famous Atspas sandy beach, which is a favorite among tourists. The town center with a shop, taverns, bakery and butcher is also located at a distance of 200-250m. Accommodation began to be released in 2017. There are five studies on offer. One on the ground floor (number 01), two on the first (number 101 and 102) and two on the second floor (number 201 and 202). The studio on the ground floor (#01) has an area of ​​35m2 and is the only one that does not have a view of the sea, but overlooks the low-traffic road in front of the house.
