Our house is quietly located in an olive orchard and is the ideal location to enjoy a relaxing stay at the sea. It's only 500 m to the beach and 4 km to the next village. The adorably furnished heatable studios consist of one room with fully equipped kitchenette, shower/wc, balcony with view to the sea and Mt. Ahtos. There is also a complete apartment (65 sqm) consisting of a living room with TV and piano, 2 beds, separate bedroom with big bed, kitchen, shower/wc, veranda to the garden. During the off season period a perfect place to write a book, compose music, paint, meditate, hike and relax. There is no direct neighbourhood. Tavernas and shops are found in the surrounding villages. To Thessaloniki it's a 100 km ride. It's advisable to have a car, as public transportation is scarce. We have also organized several seminars and workshops, yoga, painting, self-awareness, african drums, etc. - we are open for many ideas. Since 2004 our guests confirm the pleasant atmosphere of our place. We are happy to welcome interesting and nice guests from all over the world.

Our description Accommodation Jordanis Houses is located right across the main entrance to the beach Psili Amos, from the direction of Potos, on the left side of the highway, not more than 50m from the beach. Brand new and modern, open for the first time for the 2016 season. On the first floor there is a four-bed duplex apartment (45m2) with a huge veranda and fantastic views. It consists of two bedrooms and a living room with kitchen. The living room is not large and there, in addition to the kitchen, there is one single bed. The first bedroom has a French bed and the second has two single beds. In addition to the large terrace which leads to the living room, in front of the entrance to the apartment there is also a seating area with table and chairs. Triple studio (23m2) is located on the ground floor and has one double bed and a sofa bed. It is ideal for two adults and one child. In front of the studio there is a space with seating. The triple bungalow (25m2) is the last in a series of buildings in the Jordanis Houses complex. It is a small house located behind the main building, and from the terrace you can see the sea. It has one double bed and a folding armchair. In front of the entrance there is a space with seating. All accommodation units have a kitchen, bathroom with shower, terrace, TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets and free internet access. Cleaning, as well as change of bed linen and towels is done every five days. The yard is nicely decorated, with sea views, spacious terraces and barbecue available to guests. There is also a private parking lot within the yard. It is about 5 km away from Potos. It takes about five minutes to drive to the center where there are shops, restaurants, souvenir shops and a promenade full of tourists. For smaller purchases you can go to the market which is only 50m away, right next to the Batis restaurant, while the first larger market is about 800m away in Astris.
