The service is on a bed and breakfast basis, and some of the benefits are private parking, a swimming pool and proximity to all the amenities of this popular resort. The hotel is located in a quiet environment, but also in the center, so all facilities are easily accessible. The nearest market is 50m away, while restaurants and a bakery are 100m away. It was last renovated in 2012 and is in very good condition, exudes cleanliness and comfort. The building has eight units - six four-bed apartments (distributed on the ground floor and first floor), one three-bed studio (on the second floor) and one six-bed apartment with two bedrooms (also on the second floor). The units on the first floor have a view of the sea, while the units on the ground floor have direct access to the courtyard. All units overlook the parking lot. Four-bed apartments (30m2) on the first floor have a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the second room, while those on the ground floor have two single beds instead of a couch.
