The beach is about 60m away, and the center of Sarti about 150m. There are three three-bed studios on offer. The studios have one double bed and one single bed and are all located on the first floor. Two have a direct and one has a side view of the sea. All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have mosquito nets, internet and TV. In the bathroom, there is a bordered shower area with a curtain. A hairdryer is also available to guests. The kitchens are equipped, they have a stove with two burners, a cooker and small refrigerators with a freezer compartment. Bed linen and towels are changed every five days, while the hygiene of the studio is maintained by the guests. The disadvantage of this accommodation is that it does not have a yard, which is the case with most accommodation in Sarti, and it can be a problem with parking, especially in the height of the season, but public parking is about 300m away and guests always manage. As part of the accommodation, there is a beach bar in front, whose umbrellas and sunbeds you can use while drinking. You will reach the accommodation by going straight to the beach when you reach the large public parking lot in Sarti, then turn left into the street that goes along the coast, continue straight for about 200m and you will see this building on your left. A neat yard, cleanliness, kindness of the owner and a generally very pleasant atmosphere are just some of the reasons why many return to this same accommodation over the years. Studios Laskarina is located 300m from the center of Potos and about 400m from the city beach in Potos. The accommodation has nine studios available, which are arranged in two buildings and can accommodate from two to four people. The first building has two four-bed studios on the first floor and one studio on the ground floor (admittedly, there are two or three stairs). In the second building, there are three studios on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The two side studios have four beds each, and the studios in the middle, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, have three beds, and if necessary, a sofa bed can be inserted. The studios have one double bed and one or two single beds. The furniture is newer and well maintained. Each studio, apart from the kitchen with stove and fridge, has its own bathroom, terrace, air conditioning, TV, wireless internet and fridge. The size of the studio is about 25m2. Only two studios on the ground floor have a larger refrigerator. Cleaning is for five days, and then bed linen and towels are changed. The yard is very clean. It has a brick grill with space and furniture for sitting, socializing and dining, as well as an area for children to play, swings and a slide. Parking is a very important item, especially in Potos. There are eight parking spaces at the entrance to the courtyard, and if there are no spaces, there is also free parking along the street. At the central intersection in Potos, turn left towards Teologos. After 300m you will see a house on the left side of the street, across from Villa Athina, right after Villa Dusseldorf. Although 400m may seem like a lot, it is only a 4-5 minute easy walk from the heart of the city and the beach (where the nearest supermarket is located), and away from the hustle and bustle. The owner is a very quiet and kind, elderly lady. He speaks Greek and German. Laskarina Studios is the ideal accommodation for anyone who wants decent accommodation in Potos at reasonable prices. You can find tables and chairs for sitting and in certain parts of the yard, there is also shade. There is a lot of greenery and flowers, which are well maintained. If you are coming from the direction of Limenas, you will find accommodation very easily since it is located on the main road. As soon as you enter the town itself, keep driving straight until you reach an ATM and a bakery. Continue straight for a few meters and you will see Blue Sky Villas on your left, a few meters before Niki supermarket. The first supermarket is a few minutes' walk away, as is the bakery. There is also an ATM nearby. If you want accommodation that is located near the beach, all the facilities that Skala Potamija offers to visitors and is also modernly decorated, Blue Sky Villas can be an excellent choice.
