Friendly owners, a private parking space, a spacious yard and cleanliness make this accommodation one of the most popular in the south of the island. It is located in Potos, right behind the church, only 50 meters from the center and the nearest supermarket, while it is 200 meters from the city beach. The building was renovated in 2013 and has nine studios on the first floor. Five studios are double with a French bed and are 20m2 in size. The other four studios can be triple or quadruple, with one double bed and one or two single beds. They are 24m2 in size. The studios mostly have a view of the courtyard, only two studios at the front have a partial view of the sea (which can only be seen in the distance). The studios have newer furniture. Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is done every 3 days. The villa is surrounded by greenery and the yard is really big, full of trees, fruit and shade. The parking lot is in the back part of the yard, and in the front part there is a brick grill with tables and chairs. When coming from the direction of Limenaria, from the central intersection, turn left towards Theologos, and then at the first turn behind the gas station, turn right and you will come across the parking lot of villas Alexandra and Ioanna. However, you can go to the beach by a shortcut next to the church. A 2-3-minute walk from the villa is a promenade with numerous shops, restaurants, taverns and souvenir shops, so that guests of Villa Alexandra Androni have all amenities within reach. The owners are very friendly, they speak Greek, English and German. The accommodation is very clean and well maintained. The pension is about 150m from the beach and is located in the center of town, on the promenade with shops, restaurants, taverns, and souvenir shops. Accommodation units are arranged in two buildings, which are located next to each other. In the first building, there are eight double rooms and one three-bed room without a kitchen, as well as one apartment, while the studios with a kitchen are located on the upper ground floor of the second building and can host three or four people. The facility was built in 1989, and the bathrooms were renovated in 2013. Although old, the guesthouse is well maintained. First object: Aldebaran has double rooms without kitchen with French or two single beds. There is also one triple room no. 5 with three single beds, two of which are connected. They are located on the high ground floor and on the first floor, and some have a view of the sea, and some have a view of the yard at the back of the house. The rooms only have refrigerators and are best suited for couples. Their size is about 18m2. After 200m you will see a small market on the right side of the alley, continue on and after a few meters you will see a house on the left, on the ground floor of which there is a hair salon and a honey store. Aldebaran is directly in front of the aforementioned hair salon. If you want accommodation in the center of Potos, on the promenade, a minute or two from the beach, Aldebaran can be a good choice.

The apartment (32m2) has a French bed and two single beds. All accommodation units overlook the surroundings. Only two-bed standard studios are available for online booking. The house is clean and well maintained. All studios are equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, TV and air conditioning, and all have terraces. Wireless internet signal is available in the courtyard and in some rooms and terraces. Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels are done every 3 days. As of the 2024 season, there is another building by the pool, offering the same accommodations as the facility that was built in 2023. All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, mosquito nets, kitchenette, internet, bathroom and terrace (some of them do not have a screen separating them). Change of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, is done every five days. The yard is beautifully decorated and exudes a family atmosphere. Next to the pool there is a bar where you can pay for a continental breakfast and drink a drink. A barbecue is available on request. You can use the sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach with an ordered drink or coffee. The beach has both sandy and rocky parts, and is usually uncrowded. Coming from the direction of Limenaria, continue straight at the central intersection and after about 250m you will see this hotel on the right side of the street. Doukas Studios has three floors and consists of comfortable and spacious rooms, which can accommodate 2-5 people. There are five studios and three apartments. Studios (20m2) are distributed on each floor, apartments (30m2) on the first and second floors, and the five-bed apartment is on the first floor. Each room is fully equipped and has a separate kitchen. The two-bed studio has one double bed, and the three-bed studio has one double and a single bed. An extra bed can be added to some double studios. One three-bed studio has a kitchen on the terrace, which can be an advantage because there is no smell of food in the sleeping area. On the first floor there are a four-bed studio with two single beds and a bunk bed, a double room with two joined single beds and a three-bed studio with two single beds and a sofa bed. On the second floor, there are three remaining three-bed studios, one of which has three single beds, and the other two have two single beds and a sofa bed. All units have a terrace and street view. It leads to a small courtyard, and in front of the entrance there is a seating area and a parking lot. The studio for four people (48m2) is located on the first floor. The bedroom with a double bed is separated by wooden blinds and from it you can go out to a large terrace with a view of the street and a sofa. At the back of the house there is a yard where guests can use a portable barbecue. The parking lot is right next to it, and one vehicle can be parked in front of the entrance to the apartment on the ground floor. Small pets are allowed, with prior notice when booking. The water is heated by an electric boiler, not by solar panels, so you will certainly not have problems with hot water.
