The offer includes studios and apartments that can be reserved exclusively with half board, and some accommodation units also have a view of the sea. There are several restaurants and two bars on Trypiti beach, while all other facilities are available in Limenaria, about 3 km away. The complex consists of several buildings, it was built in 2001 and renovated in 2014. It has a total of 35 accommodation units, which differ in layout and size. Nine apartments and 26 studios are available for online booking. Studios with an area of ​​about 25 m² can host up to three people. They have a view of the sea or the courtyard and are equipped with a combination of double or single beds, along with a sofa or a sofa bed. Six apartments with an area of ​​about 55 m² are designed for up to four people and have a double bed and two sofas. Three apartments face the courtyard, and three have a view of the sea. In the attic there is a two-story apartment with two bedrooms, known as the Executive Roof Apartment, with a direct view of the sea. It is designed for up to six people, with double beds in the bedrooms and two sofas in the living room, as well as two bathrooms. This accommodation unit has been completely renovated for the 2023 season. There is also one suite-type apartment, about 60 m², consisting of two studios, with two bathrooms, two double beds and two sofa beds. The view of the sea is partly obscured by tall trees. On the ground floor, a few steps below the level of the courtyard, there is a large two-story apartment suitable for people with disabilities, which is not available for online booking, as well as another four-bed apartment in the semi-basement. All studios and apartments are air-conditioned and have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, TV, WiFi internet and a terrace, which in some units is not fenced on both sides. Cleaning is done daily, towels are changed every other day, while bed linen is changed twice a week. The accommodation units on the lower floors generally have a view of the pool and the courtyard, while those on the higher floors more often offer a view of the sea. The units on the other side of the building face the courtyard. Guests can use deckchairs and umbrellas by the pool and on the beach, with the obligatory consumption of drinks if they want to stay on the part of the beach by the sea. The owners are a Greek-Italian couple, so the restaurant serves both Greek and Italian cuisine. Breakfast is served as a continental buffet and includes boiled eggs, cured meats, cheese, juices, bread, butter and jam, cereals, yogurt, fruit compote and cakes that change daily. Dinner is served and consists of salad, main course of your choice - traditional Greek specialties, meat, fish or pasta - as well as dessert or fruit. Drinks are not included in the dinner price. In the spacious yard, rich in green areas and shade, there are sofas, toys for children, shower, swimming pool, bar, restaurant and parking. Every year, tourists are very satisfied with this villa because of its location, fantastic sea view, excellent hygiene and very friendly owner. The accommodation is located on a hill above the Tripiti beach, 150m from the highway and has our recommendations for the peace that surrounds it and the beautiful view. Tripiti Beach is located only 350m from the accommodation. The facility was built in 1997 and renovated in 2007. There are seven accommodation units on offer. The pool will not be open in the 2025 season. Three four-bed family apartments (28m2) are located on the upper floor and have a French bed in the first room and a sofa bed in the second, under which another bed can be pulled out. The fourth four-bed apartment (4 Bed Apartment (4) - 34m2) is on the ground floor and can accommodate up to four adults, as it has a double bed in the room with a kitchen and two single beds in the bedroom. However, this apartment will not be available in the 2025 season. Families with three younger children can also stay in the apartments. On the ground floor there are three studios (18m2) with two single beds and two studios (18m2) with two single beds and a pull-out armchair and a drawer with a bed. The accommodation is decent and clean, and since it is located on a hill, all accommodation units have a nice view of the sea, regardless of the position. Parking is provided for accommodation guests. The house is 2 km from the center of Limenaria, and the nearest supermarket is 1 km away. Accommodation is located 100m from the nearest beach and 300m from Tripiti beach. The beach in front of the villa is mostly rocky in the water and sandy on the shore, so it is not suitable for children, but Tripiti is only a few minutes' walk away. The villa has four studios, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor, but only two are available for online booking. The studios have one double bed of standard size and one slightly narrower one, as well as one single bed each. These units can accommodate families with three children. The studios are very spacious and have spacious terraces with fantastic sea views. Coming from the direction of Prinos, a few hundred meters after Tripiti you will see a sign on the left side of the highway for Studios Thanasis (the sign says Θανασηs). You should slow down after Tripiti, because it can easily happen that you don't notice the turn, because it is close to the curve and you can hardly see it. Across the turn is a dirt road widening, so it may be best to navigate it. The road that separates from the highway to Tanasis is steep (50m long), concrete, and at the end of the road, next to the villa, there is a large dirt parking lot. If you need decent and very clean accommodation, Villa Thanasis is a really great choice. It's even better if you have a larger company for grilling and socializing, but even if you're alone you'll enjoy the peace, the view and the clean air. The beach is about 50m from the villa. It is wide and sandy on the coast, and therefore ideal for sports. There is no shoal, but the bottom is covered with stone slabs. There is also a beach bar. The center of Limenarije with shops and a promenade is 2.6 km away. Ermioni Fresh consists of two buildings located next to each other. The new villa was built in 2016 and has two floors. On the ground floor there are two two-bed studios with an area of ​​20m2 each. The studios have a French bed and a fully equipped modern kitchen. All accommodation units have a terrace with a view of the courtyard. Some are bigger than others. On the first floor there are two maisonettes (35m2) with one double bed on the lower level and another on the gallery. The kitchen is fully equipped. The new villa is divided into left and right parts. One is called Ermioni Villa and the other Ermioni Fresh Villa. We offer both accommodations. The second villa is of an older date, but was partially renovated two years ago and is well maintained by the owners. There are a total of ten studios and all of them have two beds. The terraces are smaller but spacious enough for two people. The five studios located on the first floor are managed as Ermioni Fresh villa while the other five studios on the second floor are managed as Ermioni villa (special accommodation). All studios in the old villa have two single beds. Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is done halfway through the stay. The house has a very large yard, in the shade of pine trees. Parking is provided for all guests and is located within the courtyard. When coming from the direction of Prinos, 5km after Skala Maries, you will see the Blue Dream Palace hotel, then the Tripiti bungalows and after the curve, take a right turn that leads to the beach on a dirt road. There is also a sign for Plavoulis bach bar. After turning, you will see the villa on the right side of the dirt road, surrounded by pine trees in a large yard. Augoustos Giota 2 Villa is located in the south of the island, about 3 km before the center of Limenaria, on the right side of the highway when coming from the direction of Skala Maries, on a hill above the beautiful, sandy and pebble beach of Tripiti. Beside the road, on the right, you will see an interestingly crafted stone wall and gate, roughly opposite the entrance to Trypiti Bungalows Hotel, and turn there towards the villa. When you pass through the gate, you will first come across the parking area, then on the left side you will see the upper building, then below it another identical building and finally at the bottom of the yard a swimming pool. It is a newly built complex, with nice, bright studios, with new furniture, kitchens and bathrooms, and spacious enough balconies, some of which have a slanting view of Tripita Beach and the sea. Parking area, swimming pool and proximity to Tripita beach are certainly special advantages of this villa. The beach is about 200m away. Considering that you cannot go through the neighbor's yard to the beach, you can reach it by the path around it or through the underground passage of the Trypiti Bungalows hotel. In the back of the beach there is a large parking lot, several restaurants and cafes, as well as the four-star Blue Dream Palace hotel and a couple of smaller hotels. There are a total of 12 studios in both villas, three on the ground floor and three on the first floor. Some are leased to agencies while others are available for online booking. Within the villa Augoustos Giota 2 there are only four studios on offer in the building closer to the entrance gate. One four-bed studio is located upstairs, in the middle, and has a French, single bed and a pull-out side drawer, with a full-size mattress. The other three units have three beds (two single beds and a pull-out drawer with a full-size mattress). Two are located on the first floor, while the third is on the ground floor on the side closer to the sea. All units have a separate terrace at the front of the house. The studio on the ground floor is entered from the balcony, while the units on the first floor have an entrance from the other side. There is no possibility to insert a fourth extra bed in three-bed studios. All studios have a shower in the bathroom, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and a larger refrigerator. The courtyard is paved and has a medium-sized swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool is very clean. The first supermarket is approximately 2km away towards Limenaria. Tripiti is not a populated place, but only a beach that has several hotels and villas for rent in its hinterland, so you will do your shopping in Limenaria, which is a three-minute drive away. In Limenaria there is a large promenade, a large selection of shops, restaurants and bars. Potos is only a ten minute drive from Villa Augustos. This accommodation will suit everyone who wants new studios, equipped with nice and quality furniture, with decent terraces near the beach, but a little removed from the city. Tripiti is known for its pine trees and a beautiful and wide beach, which is especially good for swimmers and divers. It is not so suitable for children because of the stone slabs in the water in the greater part, but it is because of the fine sand on the shore. The western part of the beach has small pebbles and a gradual depth, so it is more suitable for children.
