Coming from Limenaria, at the central intersection in Potos (at the luna park), go straight and drive to the yellow bridge at the exit from Potos. The accommodation is located in a quiet part of the island and provides guests with maximum privacy. The apartments are modern and have spacious terraces with a jacuzzi, and in the nicely decorated yard there is a larger pool that can be used by all guests. Aventura Village is located 1km from the center of Potos where the first shops are located and 600m from the nearest beach. The beaches of Rosso Gremos and San Antonio can be reached by car in just a few minutes. The accommodation started operating in 2016. It was built with high quality and modernity, because the owners thought of every detail. There are six stone houses in which there are bungalows (five of them and a maisonette (only one is offered)). The bungalow is an apartment (45m2) consisting of a bedroom with a double bed and a kitchen with a living room in which there is a sofa bed that can sleep two people. The bungalow has a bathroom with shower, two air conditioners, two TVs, one for the bedroom and one for the kitchen. Every room has an exit to the terrace. Each terrace is spacious (15m2), with a pergola that protects from the sun and a private jacuzzi. The bungalow is suitable for two adults and two children. The maisonette is more spacious (60m2) and has two levels, ground floor and first floor. On the upper level, there is one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a terrace with a beautiful view of Rosso Gremos Bay. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a couch for two people and a couch for one person. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower, a terrace and a private jacuzzi. The maisonette is suitable for a family of five. The maisonettes and bungalows are air-conditioned, have a TV, safe, hairdryer, mosquito nets and a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave oven. The balcony doors are double-glazed for noise isolation. Wireless internet is available in every accommodation unit and in the yard. Satellite TV is also available in the kitchen and bedroom. If necessary, it is possible to add cots for babies. In the yard there is one pool for adults and another for children. Around the pool there are deckchairs for relaxing and a nice pergola with seating, as well as an outdoor shower. There is also a playground for children that is paved with rubber for safety. In the yard there is also a place for a barbecue with a table for eating and enjoying food. Bed linen and pool towels are changed every two days, while cleaning and changing of bath towels is done every day. Shower and pool towels are provided. The parking space is inside the courtyard at the entrance to the accommodation and is spacious enough for all guests. The accommodation has a generator for electricity in case of a blackout, as well as a fire protection system. It is forbidden to smoke and prepare food with strong smells. You can use the grill in the yard to prepare meat and fish. During the summer, Aventura Village cooperates with restaurants where you can order food, and they will deliver and serve it to you directly on the balcony or in your room. Aventura Village accommodation is located on a hill above Potos, with a view of the sea and a large courtyard under olive trees. Coming from the direction of Limenaria, pass Potos and San Antonio Beach, and after the turn for Kamari, continue straight for about 70 meters until you see the turn to Aventura Village on your left. If you want to be isolated from the noise and the center, located in one of the highest quality buildings, Aventura Village is the right choice.

Magda Studios is affordable accommodation in a great location in Potos. From all facilities, the house is only a minute or two of easy walking away, and it is sheltered from noise. The big advantage of this accommodation is the parking in the yard and the friendly owner from Serbia, with whom you can arrange everything even without knowing a foreign language. Magda Studios is located about 300m from the city beach in Potos and about 200m from the central intersection towards Theologos. We offer three accommodation units and all are located on the ground floor. The four-bed studio (20m2) has one double bed and two bunk beds. The kitchen is in the same room and has an electric stove with an oven. The bathroom has a shower and the terrace opens onto a concrete courtyard. Two apartments can host up to five people, have a separate bedroom, living room and kitchen. The first apartment has one double bed and a sofa bed, as well as space for adding an extra bed, while the second apartment has two bunk beds and a couch in the bedroom, and a double bed in the living room. Both apartments in the bathrooms have a shower cabin with a glass partition. The apartments are about 45m2 in size. Both apartments have a terrace overlooking the street. All accommodation units have TV, air conditioning, wireless internet, mosquito nets, bathroom and kitchenette with stove and oven. Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen is done every five days. Private parking in the yard, which has three spaces, is available to guests. At the main intersection in Potos, turn towards Teologos and after about 200 meters, turn left (second turning, right across from Mary's hair salon). Ioanna's House is a new accommodation in the heart of Potos. It is very high quality, clean and nicely decorated. All amenities and the beach are just a step away from the house, so the location is really great. Ioanna's House is located in the very center of Potos, about 70m from the beach. There are eight studios on the ground floor and on the first floor. The studios on the ground floor have four beds and open onto the courtyard. These studios have one double bed and two single beds, and if necessary, a fifth bed can be added. On the first floor there are four two-bed studios with one double bed each and two three-bed studios with one double bed and one single bed each. All studios have a kitchen, air conditioning, TV and internet access. Cleaning is done every day, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days. The courtyard is located only on the inside and all the studios overlook it. Parking is not provided, but there are public and private parking nearby. A supermarket is located opposite the accommodation. Coming from the direction of Limenaria, turn right at the main intersection (not by car) and when you reach Mamma's Gyros, turn right again. Just after the turn, on your right, you will see a sign for Ioanna's House. Ioanna's House is an excellent choice for those who want to be in the center of the action and those who want quality accommodation.

The Floral Villa is located in the heart of Potos, in a street parallel to the beach and where all facilities are located. Also, it is a minute from the city beach. It is decent, renovated accommodation. The accommodation is 120 meters from the beach. The supermarket is located right next door. One two-room apartment with a kitchen located outside it, on the terrace, is available for online booking. The two-room apartment is located on the second floor. It has one double bed and two joined single beds. The bedrooms were renovated in April 2025. It has WiFi, hair dryer, mosquito nets, TV and air conditioning. Cleaning is done every other day, while bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay. The accommodation does not have a private parking lot. However, public parking (which is free) is located 150 meters away. When you come to Potos from the direction of Limenaria, immediately after the Alexandra Beach Hotel, turn diagonally to the right and go down that street to the Maliaros market, which will be on your right. Right next to the market, you will see the Floral 2 villa.

Ana Villa is located in the center of Potos. The location is ideal for those who want to be located in the very center of town, close to the beach, and still have peace and quiet. It is a well-maintained facility, with extremely clean accommodation units, most of which have been renovated (new sanitary ware and tiles, new kitchens and furniture, etc.) and with parking for several cars. The accommodation is located in a quiet alley to the left of the main street (50 meters from the main street), 200 meters from the central intersection, and some 250 meters from the beach. Tourists have at their disposal 3 four-bed apartments (1 on the upper ground floor and 2 on the first floor), 1 three-bed studio on the first floor and 1 two-bed studio also on the first floor. The four-bed apartment on the upper ground floor consists of a hallway, bathroom, living room with kitchen and dining room, balcony and bedroom. There is a wardrobe in the hallway and entrances/exits to other rooms. The bathroom is large, with a bathtub, toilet bowl, sink, bidet, window, water heater and hanging cabinet. Within the living room is a kitchen with lots of upper and lower units, with a full size stove (with oven) and a larger fridge, then a round dining table with chairs, a couch that opens into a bed for two and access/exit to the balcony and bedroom. The bedroom has two joined single beds, accompanying furniture, TV and air conditioning. The bedroom does not have an exit to the balcony, but only a window facing the courtyard, and it is separated from the living room by an accordion door. It is beautiful and bright. This apartment gives the impression that you are in a private apartment, because of the larger space, bathtub and bidet in the bathroom, large kitchen, stove and refrigerator. On the first floor there are two four-bed apartments, of different types, both renovated. In the first apartment, there is a direct entrance to the central room with two joined single beds, the kitchen on the side against the wall and entrance/exit to the bathroom, to another room with two joined single beds and to the balcony. This apartment has two balconies (one next to the central room and one next to the bedroom). In the second apartment, there is also direct access to a large, central room with a double bed and a sofa that opens into another bed, then the kitchen and access/exit to the room next to it with one single bed (separate accordion door), to the bathroom and to the balcony. In the three-bed studio on the first floor, there are two joined single beds and a sofa that opens, then a kitchen and entrance/exit to the bathroom and to the balcony. It is nice and spacious enough. In the double studio on the first floor there are two joined single beds, a kitchen and entrances/exits to two balconies and to the bathroom. This studio is slightly smaller and the bathroom does not have a shower, but a tiled shower. Also, unlike other accommodation units on the floor, there is no hair dryer in the bathroom of this studio. However, it could be interesting to many because of the existence of two balconies and exceptional cleanliness. All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have TV and internet access. There is no hair dryer in the apartment on the upper ground floor and the two-bed studio on the first floor. Towels and bed linen are changed every five days. Cleaning is also done often, and if necessary, daily, because the owner of the facility pays a lot of attention to cleanliness. To the side, next to the house, there is a yard, medium in size, with a canopy with intertwined vines and a table and chairs under it. The guests of the villa also have a mobile grill at their disposal. Around the house, on earthen extensions, there are parking spaces for several cars (as many as there are accommodation units). Due to its location, the cleanliness of the accommodation units (some have just been renovated), the peace and quiet and the extremely favorable prices, this villa is quite popular in Potos.

It is an excellent choice for a larger group or family that wants complete isolation, comfort and a large yard for barbecuing and socializing. The city beach in Potos is 1.5 km away, and the first shops and center with restaurants and souvenir shops are 1.3 km away. It is an apartment with four bedrooms (125m2), located on the first floor of the house, while the owners live on the ground floor. Its maximum accommodation capacity is for nine adults and one child. All four rooms are equipped with a double bed, while one of them has a single bed. An extra bed can be added for a child. In the living room, there is a shared kitchen that has a stove with two hotplates, a toaster and a coffee machine. In each of the rooms there is a refrigerator, cooker, air conditioner, TV and private bathroom, in order to guarantee privacy in the case of a stay of several couples or a large group. The apartment also has a hair dryer, iron, mosquito nets and internet. It has a total of four bathrooms, one of which has a jacuzzi tub. The apartment has a large balcony at the front, which is shared and overlooks the sea in the distance, while each bedroom has its own smaller balcony with a view of the sea (side) or the olive grove. Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three days. Pets are allowed with prior arrangement. The yard is huge, and right next to the house is an area for sitting and barbecuing under the vines. It is fenced and has a lockable gate. Parking is within the yard. You will reach the accommodation when you turn from the main intersection in Potos towards Teologos and 1.3 km from there you will see a left turn. All units are located on the ground floor or on the upper ground floor, which is reached by six steps. Maisonettes (40m²) spread over two levels. The yard is beautifully landscaped and contains swimming pools for adults and children, umbrellas and sunbeds, as well as a small playground for children. In one part of the yard there is a summer house with a barbecue, table and chairs. The parking lot is private and is located right in front of the entrance to the yard. In order to reach the accommodation, at the main intersection in Potos you need to turn left towards Theologos and drive for about 600m, until you see a children's playground on the left. Turn right there and after 100m you will see the building on the right. The accommodation is located right next to Petra Houses, opposite Esperia Village.

Apartment number 1 has a double bed in the bedroom, while in the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. Apartment number 2 has a similar layout, with the fact that there is a corner sofa in the living room. Up to five people can stay in the apartments, because an additional single bed can be added to apartment number 1, while apartment number 2 has a sofa bed. The apartments are equipped with a kitchen with two stoves and a refrigerator, a hair dryer in the bathroom, air conditioning and a TV. The accommodation is new, stylishly decorated and equipped with quality furniture. Bed linen and towels are changed after three days, and if necessary more often, which guests can agree with the owners upon arrival. Private parking is not provided, but public parking is located at the end of the street. The second public parking lot is at the end of the promenade by the sea, while the third is located at the main intersection and costs 3 euros per day. Coming from the direction of Limenaria, turn right at the intersection near the amusement park and drive along the promenade towards the coast. At the Laskarina restaurant, turn right and after 20 meters, above the Vasiliadis diving club, you will find My Happy Place accommodation. This facility is an excellent choice for anyone who wants to be in the center of events, in quality and comfortable accommodation.

It is located at a distance of 500m from the center and the main intersection, and 600m from the beach. The building was built in 2017. Available with two identical apartments (38m2) on the high ground floor. The apartments consist of a bedroom with a double bed, a separate and equipped kitchen with a sofa bed for two small children and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen area has no door and is connected to the corridor. On the first floor there is another four-bed apartment (No. 22), which has one French bed in the bedroom and one sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartments are air-conditioned, have TV, mosquito nets and internet. The bedroom and the kitchen lead out to small terraces. Cleaning, as well as changing towels and bed linen, is done every three days. Parking for guests is provided. When coming from the direction of Limenaria, at the main intersection in Potos turn left towards Teologos. After 150m, turn into the second street on the left, then into the first street on the left and as the road leads you, you will come to a small intersection where you need to turn left.
