Golden Sun Studios is a new accommodation in Skala Potamia, with a heavenly courtyard, about 350m from the sea. It is located on the main road, as soon as you pass the hotel Korina. The villa is new, equipped with modern and quality furniture. It consists of a total of six studies that can be double, triple, quadruple and five-bed. The double studio has a double bed, the triple has one double and one single bed, and the four-bed studio has a double bed with bunk beds for children. The large four-bed studio in the attic is the largest, and it has one double and two single beds, and can accommodate a cot. Also, this studio can accommodate up to five people because there is a drawer bed. The attic studio has a very large veranda, while the other terraces are smaller and each includes a dryer. Other studios are smaller than the mentioned four-bed studio in the attic, but they are very comfortable and spacious enough to stay. Cleaning, change of bed linen and towels is done every four days. The villa does not have private parking, but around the house and by the road there is enough space for free parking. The yard is very nicely decorated, full of toys for children, with a beautiful lawn and shade, as well as a barbecue available. The nearest supermarket and bakery are 200m away. If you want new and well-equipped accommodation, 5-6 minutes walk from the beach and the center, Golden Sun Studios can be a good choice.

Accommodation is located in the center of Skala Potamia, 100m from the beach. If you are coming from the direction of Skala Panagia, better known as Golden Beach, turn left at the Carrefour supermarket, then left again, and continue for another thirty meters until you see the sign for Annmari Studios on the left. This newly built complex consists of two ground floor buildings located across from each other and offers five studios: Studies no. 1, no. 2 and no. 5 are the same, and in them there is one double bed and a sofa for one person. Studio no. 3 consists of a double bed and a sofa bed. Studio no. 4 is equipped with a double bed and bunk beds. The accommodation is very modern, equipped with new furniture and terraces with seating. The studios are very spacious and identically arranged. They have a fully equipped kitchen with an electric kettle and a shaker. Cleaning is done every day, and linen and towels are changed every third day. The yard is very spacious, equipped with toys for children, as well as a built-in barbecue area, and private parking and internet access are also available to guests of this accommodation. The nearest market is a five minute walk away. If you want quality and modern accommodation in the center of Skala Potamia, close to all the facilities it offers, Annmari Studios is the right choice.

Apartments Thalassa is a newly built and very modern complex of penthouses and studios in Skala Potamia at about 85m from the beach. When you start from the central crossroads in Skala Potamia to descend to the sea, turn into the first street on the left and after some 200m on the left you will see on the left a sign for Thalassa apartments. The complex consists of one studio and five penthouses. When you enter the complex, you first come across a studio that is suitable for two adults and one child. The studio is about 27 m2 and has one double bed, and if necessary, one extra bed for a child can be added. After the studies, there is the largest penthouse of about 40 m2 and it is the only penthouse that has a small balcony upstairs, while all other penthouses (and there are 4 more) have a smaller gallery upstairs and no balcony and an area of about 35 m2. All penthouses are similarly equipped and have a double bed on the ground floor, where there is a kitchen and bathroom, while on the first floor in all penthouses there is a double French bed. An extra bed for a child can be added to all penthouses. All kitchens are well equipped, and guests also have at their disposal an electric kettle. All bathrooms have shower cabins. Guests can use two brick barbecues located at the back of the building, where there is also a covered seating area. The owner owns a large plot next to the building where guests can park their cars under the shade of olive trees. Accommodation is ideal for anyone who wants to be near the center of Skala Potamia and all the facilities that this place offers, as well as near the beach.

Hotel Liberty is located in Golden Beach on a slight elevation to the left of the main road from the direction of the villages of Panagia and Limenas. There is a wooden sign to turn towards the hotel and it is easy to spot. From that sign, turning left into the street, after about thirty meters, you will see the hotel's covered parking lot on the right side, and then the hotel itself in pink tones. It is less than 100 meters away from the beach, and about fifty meters from the first facilities needed by tourists (supermarket, restaurants ...). Liberty is an excellent, new and modern small hotel, with arranged access, the mentioned covered parking next to the building for 7-8 cars and another parking (without canopy) on the other side of the building for 2-3 cars, reception, nicely decorated hall and 11 accommodation units (10 studios and one apartment). The studios are spacious (they have 23-25m2) and are located on the ground floor (three brand new and beautiful studios with bright furniture, modern kitchen, bathroom and porch at the level of the parking lot) and upstairs. It can accommodate 2-3 adults or two adults and two children. As a rule, they have one double or two single beds and a folding armchair, and a slightly shorter bed for a child (up to 10 years old) can be added as the fourth. Upstairs studios have large balconies with direct or side views of the sea, or the surrounding hills and greenery. The apartment is extremely spacious (40m2) and is designed to accommodate four adults or two adults and 2-3 children. It consists of two rooms, the first has two single beds, kitchen and entrance to the bathroom, and the second has a double bed. It also has two large connected balconies overlooking the street, surrounding hotels and villas, greenery and the sea. All accommodation units are equipped with new and modern furniture, have a kitchen with all necessary appliances, sherpas, dishes and cutlery, high class bathroom with shower and curtain, air conditioning, satellite TV, wireless internet, safe, hair dryer, mosquito nets and tumble dryers on the balcony. Cleaning of accommodation units is done daily, and change of bed linen and towels every three days (if necessary and the wishes of guests and more often). All in all, Liberty is a very pleasant hotel in a good location close to the beach, with beautiful, spacious and well-equipped accommodation units at reasonable prices, parking and friendly staff. It seems to me that it meets all the conditions for a quality vacation. Golden Beach is an ideal place for everyone who wants a peaceful vacation, without nightlife and entertainment. However, the capital, Limenas, is only a 10-minute drive from the Liberty Hotel, so you can have fun whenever you want.

Athina Studios is one of three connected buildings (along with Athina Maisonettes and Athina Rooms). It is located 180m from the beach Golden Beach in the village of the same name (Skala Panagia), in its extreme left part seen from land to sea, on the opposite side in relation to Skala Potamia, on the left side of the road seen from Skala Potamia. Athina Studios has a total of six double studios (30m2). The studios on the ground floor consist of one double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed. Upstairs studios have single beds. The terraces are very comfortable and with a fantastic sea view. All studios have air conditioning, TV, terrace, kitchen, wireless internet, hair dryer and iron, and a baby cot is available on request. Kitchens have electric kettles and toasters in addition to hobs and refrigerators. Only studios on the high ground floor have mosquito nets. Cleaning is daily, and linen and towels are changed every three days. In the part of the yard with a grassy area, there is a brick barbecue, seating sets, several toys for children and all that in the shade. Private parking is located within the yard. If you want quality and comfortable accommodation in a quiet place, close to the beach and the center, with a beautiful sea view, Athina Studios can be a great choice.

Mary's Residence is a newly built complex consisting of three smaller buildings. There are a total of 15 accommodation units, of which eight are four-bed studios, five are maisonettes and one is a two-bed studio and a four-bed apartment. The double studio is not available for internet reservations because it is located in a fixed lease agency. All four-bed studios (35m2) consist of a double bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner stove, toaster and coffee maker. Maisonettes (40m2) have a double bed in the bedroom on the gallery which is not separated by a door, and on the ground floor there is a sofa bed suitable for two people. All penthouses, except one, have two balconies. Air conditioning is located in the bedroom on the gallery. The kitchens are fully equipped with all necessary kitchen elements (electric kettle, toaster, etc.), and guests have at their disposal WiFi internet whose signal, however, varies according to the owner, is stronger on the terrace than in the room. All accommodation units feature mosquito nets, a hairdryer, air conditioning and a TV. A baby cot is available upon prior request. Guests have access to a swimming pool, a café and a private car park with 10 spaces. Pets are allowed, however, their weight must not exceed 8kg. Hygiene is really at a high level, cleaning is done every day, and towels and bed linen are changed every third. You can reach them by driving straight after the big market on the right in Skala Rachoni, turn at the fourth section after this market and drive towards the sea. You will see them after 200m from the separation from the highway, on the right side of the street. They are located on a very large estate, full of olives and greenery, surrounded by peace and quiet. They are about 50 meters away from the beach. In this real family paradise for rest and enjoyment there is one apartment, as well as 3 studios. One studio is for triple and it has a double bed and one single bed. Two studies are four-bed. Both have a double bed and a bunk bed for children. The apartment is duplex and is located in a separate house. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two connected single beds. The air conditioning is in the hallway. There is a large refrigerator in the kitchen. The terrace is spacious and guests have at their disposal two large tables with chairs. All have air conditioning, TV, terrace or veranda, wireless internet signal, bathroom, mosquito nets and hair dryer. The yard is really huge, with lots of space and a grassy area with toys for children, 3 brick barbecues, one summer kitchen for preparing meals, furniture for sitting, enjoying and socializing in the shade, with private parking. Bed linen and towels are changed, as well as cleaning is done every three days. When you come from the direction of Prinos, you will see the sign of Mantesos on the right side of the road. Within the house there are two penthouses, one apartment and one double studio. One maisonette is in pink and has four beds (one French and 2 single beds), and the other maisonette is orange-green and can accommodate 5 people because there are a double bed and 3 single beds. The accommodation has a very good location and the accommodation is very clean. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days. The windows have mosquito nets. Parking is in the yard, in the shade. The yard is very spacious with a barbecue and furniture for sitting, dining and enjoying, but also for running children. Mantesos villa is very close to the sea, so you will enjoy the view of the endless blue, open sea. If you want decent accommodation near the beach, ideal for a vacation in the true sense of the word, Mantesos can be a great choice. It is only a minute's drive from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, Paradise beach, and only ten minutes drive from Skala Potamia and Golden Beach, as well as the famous beaches of the same name.

Our description Papaoikonomou Villa is located on the beach in the heart of Potos, in one of the best possible locations away from traffic and crowds. Coming from the direction of Limenaria, immediately after the Alexandra Beach Hotel, turn left and drive about 100 meters. You will recognize the villa by the large pink building next to the road and the clothing store on the ground floor. Next to the pink building is a path through the yard that leads to the villa and the beach. The villa is absolutely sheltered from noise, and yet less than a minute walk from the promenade, shops, bakeries and supermarkets. It has a fantastic yard full of greenery and shade, swings, comfortable seating and kiosks, and there is also a barbecue with tables for socializing and dining. The yard opens onto a small beach that is sandy on the shore, and the first few meters in the water are rocks. Accommodation consists of three buildings, two of which are on the beach, and the third is in the same yard, but about 50 meters from the beach. The third building is a very nice house on two levels (maisonette), suitable for a family of four. The house has one double bed on the ground floor, bathroom and kitchen, and upstairs another room with two single beds. In front of the house is a very spacious veranda with furniture for sitting, relaxing and enjoying, and next to the house is a parking space. If you want a more intimate variant of accommodation near the beach, there may be no better choice than this house in Potos. The other two buildings are located next to the beach. All apartments are renovated and very nicely decorated, and all have sea views. The sea from some terraces is partially sheltered by trees in the yard, but the view is certainly beautiful and the greenery and the sea, and the smell of conifers and the sea is invaluable. The apartments are very well lit, the furniture is in light tones, so with a view of the sea, staying in them is really pleasant. They are intended for families with two or three children. They have spacious terraces, an equipped kitchen, a TV, a double bed, a pull-out bed the size of a double bed and air conditioning. The bedroom is separated by a door from the living room where there is a kitchen with dining area. As part of the accommodation there is also a double room without kitchen (there is only a refrigerator) and a triple studio (with kitchen). Towels are cleaned and changed every other day, while bed linen is changed every four days. The yard is very nice and pleasant. It has a direct view of the sea, lots of shade, tables with chairs, swings and above all, complete peace. You can grill here, because there is a part with a built-in grill and tables and chairs. Villa Papaoikonomou is truly one of the few accommodations with a large parking lot and a courtyard in the city center and on the beach. If you do not like the beach in front of the villa, the city's sandy beach is only two minutes walk away.
