Our description After turning off the highway towards Psakoudia, after a short drive you will see the beginning of the place and before you reach the first cafe you should turn right towards the beach. You will reach Villa Aiolos on the beach on an unpaved road about 200m long. The villa consists of four-bed apartments. Some apartments have one bedroom with a double bed and a room with a kitchen with two more single beds, and some apartments are on two levels - the ground floor has a bedroom and a small kitchen, and the gallery has space for two more people, in one french or two single beds. In some apartments, instead of two single beds, there is a sofa from which another drawer bed can be pulled out. The kitchens are equipped with the necessary utensils, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a hob and a small oven. The bathrooms have enclosed showers without curtains. All apartments have a sea view, some direct and some partial because the canopy of trees on the beach slightly interferes with the open view. The apartments are air conditioned, have TV, mosquito nets, large terraces with table and chairs. WiFi internet is available on the terrace and in the yard. Bed linen is changed once a week, towels are changed every five days, and guests maintain the hygiene of the apartment themselves. There is a lot of greenery and shade in the yard, and there is natural shade on the beach in front of the building. Owner's description Sweet Apartment is located on the coast between Perea and Nea Epivates, in the first row to the sea, about ten meters from the sandy beach 8 km long. There is a wide promenade along the entire beach, with many restaurants, taverns and cafes. The apartment (40m2) is on the third floor and suitable for 3-4 people. The owners are Serbs, so the agreement is easier. The apartment has a separate living room with sofa bed (150x200), narrow dining table, sliding wardrobe and satellite TV (Serbian and foreign-subtitled channels). The kitchen is separate and fully equipped, with a large refrigerator with freezer, stove, mini-oven and complete utensils. The bedroom is also separate, has two sofa beds (150x200), bedside table, chest of drawers with large mirror and access to a narrow terrace (no sea view). All carpentry is sliding, with blinds and mosquito nets. The bathroom has a small bathtub and natural ventilation. The villa has seven fully equipped studios located on the ground floor and first floor. When you leave the yard of the villa, a beautiful promenade by the sea begins, full of various facilities that make your vacation unforgettable and always fun. Although located in the city center and close to the beach, Villa Porto offers a quiet and relaxing holiday.
