U dvoristu imamo i malo igraliste za decu, rostilj za goste i garnituru za sedenje. Nalazimo se na 5 minuta hoda od centra u mirnom delu grada, sve sobe su pokrivene bezicnim internetom koji je besplatan i imamo srpski satelitski program preko Total TV-a sa 3 nasa programa. Ispred hotela su dve male sljunkovite plazice, a svi apartmani i studija imaju pogled na more.

Alexandra studios are located in a traditional building made of stones in the picturesque village of Neos Marmaras at Chalkidiki Greece, with a view to the crystal-clear waters of the sea. Each studio has a TV, air-condition, a small kitchen with fridge, a bathroom and beautiful balconies with breathtaking view. At the last floor of the building there is a terrace with a pavilion, a BBQ space and a view to the amazing blue waters of Toroneos Gulf and the small uninhabitable but beautiful island, called Kelyfos. Finally, they are qualified for relaxing, enjoyable, comfortable vacations in Sithonia in a family environment.

Perix House was built in 1986 and it was renovated in the year 2000. It’s rated a “two key” Family Hotel. The Hotel is built in three levels with a large lawn on two different levels. We have available twenty studios in three levels including nine two room(or Duplex) and nine single room studios suitable for couples and families with up to three children. Our duplex apartments can accommodate up to five people, two in main bedroom, one in the kitchen and 2 children in the raised platform bed (see pictures). We have green lawn in two different levels and a playground on each level for children to play all day safely inside a protected area. There are also 2 Built BBQ sets 1 on each level available for the tenants. The lower level lawn is at the back of the Hotel, and the upper level lawn is situated in the front of the Hotel. Plenty of parking is available. We are situated 400m from the sea, between Neos Marmaras and Porto Carras in Sithonia Chalkidiki.

Our description Itamos is a very high quality facility about 50 meters from Paradisos beach in Neos Marmaras. It is accommodation that offers well-arranged and maintained studios with kitchen, air conditioning, LCD TV, spacious terrace. There are double and triple studios, with one double and one single bed. The yard is very spacious, perfect for children to play. It also has a brick barbecue and a summer house for dining and socializing. The villa has private parking, within the yard, with ample parking space for all guests. After a three-night stay, bed linen and towels are changed, as well as accommodation is cleaned. The rooms are very nicely lit and clean. Some studios are small in size, and the free space in the studios is quite small when extra beds are inserted. The yard has plenty of furniture for sitting and enjoying, socializing or reading. In the yard there are two showers, a barbecue, a covered parking lot and a space for children to play.
