Alexandra studios are located in a traditional building made of stones in the picturesque village of Neos Marmaras at Chalkidiki Greece, with a view to the crystal-clear waters of the sea. Each studio has a TV, air-condition, a small kitchen with fridge, a bathroom and beautiful balconies with breathtaking view. At the last floor of the building there is a terrace with a pavilion, a BBQ space and a view to the amazing blue waters of Toroneos Gulf and the small uninhabitable but beautiful island, called Kelyfos. Finally, they are qualified for relaxing, enjoyable, comfortable vacations in Sithonia in a family environment.

Perix House was built in 1986 and it was renovated in the year 2000. It’s rated a “two key” Family Hotel. The Hotel is built in three levels with a large lawn on two different levels. We have available twenty studios in three levels including nine two room(or Duplex) and nine single room studios suitable for couples and families with up to three children. Our duplex apartments can accommodate up to five people, two in main bedroom, one in the kitchen and 2 children in the raised platform bed (see pictures). We have green lawn in two different levels and a playground on each level for children to play all day safely inside a protected area. There are also 2 Built BBQ sets 1 on each level available for the tenants. The lower level lawn is at the back of the Hotel, and the upper level lawn is situated in the front of the Hotel. Plenty of parking is available. We are situated 400m from the sea, between Neos Marmaras and Porto Carras in Sithonia Chalkidiki.

The Studios Vaso is situated just 90m from the beach of Neos Marmaras and seaside tavernas.(nearest restaurant 20meters). It offers air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi and TV .All studios and apartments are simply furnished and open out to a balcony .They feature a kitchenette with a mini fridge and 2 hotplates . Some units have views of the mountains or Toroni Gulf . The center of the village of Neos Marmaras is 150 . from Studios Vaso. Free private parking is possible on site in front of Vaso 1 and or on the public roads around the Studios Vaso The Studios Vaso ,Neos Marmaras consist of two complexes of apartments and studios. Vaso 1 consists of 10 studios, 7 double and 3 triples (2 +1 bed) studios. Vaso 2 consists of 1 x 8 bed apartment made up of 3 x 2 bed rooms,2 WC,large Kitchen,and Bath available.Vaso 2 also has 4 studios with quadruple room and separate kitchen, all studios are fully equipped. Vaso1 is situated on the front row of Hotels and has great views,while Vaso 2 is situated on the road directly behind Vaso 1 and only the 8 bed apartment has a seaview

Our description Lamprinos Studios are located about 70 m from Paradisos Beach, and about 1 km from Neos Marmaras. The stone entrance leads to the accommodation, which has a total of 10 accommodation units, of which nine are studios for two to four people, and one apartment with accommodation capacity for up to five people. The studios have kitchenettes with basic kitchen utensils, and double or single beds, and the apartment has one double bed and one sofa that can accommodate two people, with a pull-out bed. The apartment is designed for a maximum of three adults, or for two adults with two or three children. Our description Stella's house is located just 100m from the famous Paradisos beach in Neos Marmaras. It is a new building with comfortable rooms and spacious terraces. All rooms have single or double beds, newer furniture, kitchenettes, bathrooms, terraces, TV and air conditioning, wireless internet signal and provided towels, bed linen and organized cleaning. The rooms are very nicely lit and clean. Some studios are small in size, and the free space in the studios is quite small when extra beds are inserted. The yard has plenty of furniture for sitting and enjoying, socializing or reading. In the yard there are two showers, a barbecue, a covered parking lot and a space for children to play. If you want quality and clean accommodation near the sandy beach, Stella's house is a great choice. Triple studios with sea view are on the third floor, while other triple studios without sea view are on the first and second floor. Our description Roula House is located in the central town square of Neos Marmaras, above the foreign language school. Accommodation is located about 150 m from the city beach, and about 30 meters from the sea. The building was built in 1975, and the last renovation was done in 2016, so the accommodation is in very good condition. This facility has apartments for four to five people and studios for two to three people. The studios have two or three single beds (can be connected to a double), TV, kitchenette, bathroom and some of them have a private balcony. The studios at the front face the sea and the square, while the studios at the back do not have a view. Apartments for five and one apartment for four people are located on the second floor, renovated in 2014 into high quality accommodation units, with quality, leather furniture, modern kitchens and TVs, aesthetically pleasing and very comfortable. Smaller apartment, for 4 + 1 person has a separate bedroom and living room with kitchen, in the bedroom there is a double bed and in the living room a sofa bed. The five-bed apartments have two bedrooms, one apartment has two double beds, the other a king-size double bed, a standard-size double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. All accommodation units have wireless internet, TV, air conditioning, kitchen and bathroom, and guests in the apartments are provided with a hair dryer. After five nights stay, bed linen and towels are changed.
