Giorgos Maisonettes is a completely renovated accommodation located in the second row from the city beach in Neos Marmaras, holder of the Blue Flag. The house is nicely and practically equipped with new furniture and is located in a quiet, low-traffic street, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. With only three accommodation units, it offers guests a pleasant feeling of peace and privacy. The sea is about 100 meters away, while the footpath leading to the beach is about 300 meters long. The center of Neos Marmaras, with a wide range of restaurants, cafes, shops and evening events, is located about 2 km from the accommodation. Beach bars and traditional taverns are available in the immediate vicinity of the building, while the Masutis supermarket is located on the main road, about 1 km away. Accommodation consists of three equally equipped maisonettes, designed for up to three people. On the ground floor of each maisonette there is a living room of about 15 m² with a pull-out sofa measuring 170x110 cm, within which there is also a kitchen area equipped with a stove and a refrigerator with a freezer. The living room is connected by wooden stairs to the gallery in the attic, with an area of ​​about 9 m², where there is a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower enclosed by a brick screen and a curtain. All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi internet and mosquito nets. In front of each maisonette there is a terrace, separated from the others by a low concrete wall, equipped with seating and a clothes dryer. Bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay. The building has a small, fenced and covered yard, where guests can use a brick grill, ideal for staying in the shade. Private parking is not provided, but parking is possible on the street in front of the accommodation. Giorgos Maisonettes is located on the first and only street parallel to the city beach promenade, making it easy to navigate and access. This accommodation is a good choice for guests looking for a neat, clean and functional space near the beach, in a quiet location, suitable for a relaxing and carefree vacation.

Hotel Oasis is located in Perijali, about 2 km from the center of Nidri and about 120 m from the sea and a small beach. Facilities include private parking, wireless internet, swimming pool with bar, sunbeds and umbrellas, lift and snack bar with breakfast room. The nearest bakery and shop are about 50m away. We offer double rooms (18m2) with one double bed, rooms for 3-4 people (22m2) with one double and one single bed each (with the possibility of adding a folding armchair) and four-bed family apartments (32m2) with one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the living room. The rooms are air-conditioned, have a TV, a small refrigerator, a safe, mosquito nets, a bathroom and a terrace with a view of the sea or the mountain, and a cot is available with a mandatory request at the time of booking. Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every fourth day. Enter Periali from the direction of Lefkas, after 500m (before the shop) turn right up the hill and 30m later you will arrive in front of the hotel.
