Alexandra studios are located in a traditional building made of stones in the picturesque village of Neos Marmaras at Chalkidiki Greece, with a view to the crystal-clear waters of the sea. Our description Itamos is a very high quality facility about 50 meters from Paradisos beach in Neos Marmaras. It is accommodation that offers well-arranged and maintained studios with kitchen, air conditioning, LCD TV, spacious terrace. There are double and triple studios, with one double and one single bed. The yard is very spacious, perfect for children to play. It also has a brick barbecue and a summer house for dining and socializing. Our description Dialehti Rooms is located next to the stadium in Neos Marmaras, just 50 meters from the city beach. This accommodation has thirteen accommodation units, of which four are apartments and nine are studios. The apartments can accommodate up to four people, and the studios two to three people. One of the apartments has two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a corner balcony overlooking the sea and a kitchen located in the hallway between the rooms. Accommodation is located about 150 m from the city beach, and about 30 meters from the sea. The building was built in 1975, and the last renovation was done in 2016, so the accommodation is in very good condition. This facility has apartments for four to five people and studios for two to three people. The studios have two or three single beds (can be connected to a double), TV, kitchenette, bathroom and some of them have a private balcony. The studios at the front face the sea and the square, while the studios at the back do not have a view. Apartments for five and one apartment for four people are located on the second floor, renovated in 2014 into high quality accommodation units, with quality, leather furniture, modern kitchens and TVs, aesthetically pleasing and very comfortable. Smaller apartment, for 4 + 1 person has a separate bedroom and living room with kitchen, in the bedroom there is a double bed and in the living room a sofa bed.
