We offer a modern two-story apartment in the form of a maisonette, intended for up to six people. On the first level, at the level of the first floor, there is a living room with a sofa for two people, a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. On the second level, in the attic, there is another bedroom with a French bed and its own bathroom, which is separated by a sliding glass door. Upon request and within the price, a cot is available to guests for children up to three years old. The apartment is air-conditioned, with air-conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. Wi-Fi internet, smart TV, hair dryer and washing machine are available to guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large fridge with freezer, a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a microwave oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster and a dishwasher. One bathroom has a shower cabin, while the other is equipped with a shower without a tub, with a glass screen and a curtain. Within the private complex, guests have at their disposal two swimming pools, one of which is intended for children, with sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as a children's playground and a shared barbecue. The apartment has balconies equipped with seating, with a view of the pool of the complex or a partial view of the sea in the distance. Access to the balconies is possible from the living room and bedroom on the lower level. Pets are not allowed. One parking space is provided for accommodation guests. Kostas Apartment is located in Nikiti, at the very beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, at the crossroads between the west and east coasts. The accommodation is about 300 meters from the beach and promenade, as well as from numerous restaurants and cafes. The studio is located on the ground floor, a few steps above the courtyard level, and can accommodate two adults with two children or three adults and one child. It consists of a living room with an equipped kitchen and a dining table, which includes a French bed and a sofa bed for two people. Upon request and within the price, a portable baby cot is available to guests. The accommodation is air-conditioned and guests have access to free Wi-Fi internet and a flat-screen smart TV. The TV does not have Greek channels, but allows access to platforms such as Netflix, YouTube and Google, while guests who want to watch Serbian channels can use their MTS Iris Go account. A hairdryer is also available in the studio, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove, a large oven and a standard fridge freezer. During warm summer days, guests can stay on the veranda with a view of the yard, which is equipped with seating. Pets are not allowed. Guests enter clean accommodation and during their stay take care of maintaining hygiene themselves. One towel per person is available. For all bookings, there is an optional extra charge for cleaning, as well as for changing bed linen and towels. There is a parking lot in front of the accommodation, and guests are provided with one smaller parking space, marked number 3. The parking space is suitable for a smaller car, while in the case of a larger vehicle it is possible to park diagonally, but availability is not guaranteed.
