The two-bed studio (25m2) is located on the first floor and is suitable for people with disabilities, it can accommodate two people. It has a double bed, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The three-bed studio (25m2) is located on the second floor and can accommodate a maximum of three people. It has a double bed, a sofa bed for one person, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The maisonettes (55m2) are spread over two levels (on the third and fourth floors) and can host a maximum of five people. On the lower level (on the third floor) there is a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a double bed, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom, while on the upper level (on the fourth floor) there is a bedroom with a double bed and another bathroom. It has one balcony on each level. The first and second levels are connected by stairs, but have doors. Also both levels have a separate entrance. There are three maisonettes on offer, two can accommodate up to five people, and one can accommodate a maximum of four because it does not have a sofa bed. Almost all accommodation units have two air conditioners, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom (two-bed and three-bed studios have one air conditioner each). Also, all accommodation units have one standard balcony with seating and sea view, maisonettes have two balconies in each unit. Free Wi-Fi, TV (maisonettes have one TV on each level), hair dryer, mosquito nets, equipped kitchen with two hotplates and a large oven (three-bed and two-bed studios do not have an oven), large fridge with freezer and coffee maker are available to guests. Bathrooms have shower cabins (five-bed maisonettes), shower tubs with glass screens (four-bed apartments and four-bed maisonettes) and tiled showers (three-bed and two-bed studios). A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request and at no additional cost. The reception is open from 08:00 to 15:00, but the owner is always available for guests. Guests enter a clean accommodation and during their stay they take care of the hygiene of the space themselves, while the bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay.
