The bedroom is separate, equipped with a double bed and has access to the terrace. The bathroom has an enclosed shower with a curtain. Apartments on the ground floor do not have fenced terraces, but verandas with a view of the courtyard, while the apartments on the first floor have terraces with a side view of the sea. All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with internet, hair dryer and ironing board. On request, it is possible to provide a baby cot. Apartments on the ground floor can be suitable for people with special needs, but the bathrooms are not fully adapted. In front of the yard, next to the parking lot, there is also a common children's playground with see-saws and swings, which is not owned by the accommodation and is older. Cleaning of accommodation units, as well as changing of towels and bed linen, is done halfway through the stay. Kondilenia's House is a good choice for guests looking for a quieter accommodation in Kallithea, close to the beach, shops and the center, but away from the main hustle and bustle of the city.

Elena Villa is located in Limenaria, in the second row to the sea. The location is excellent because it is located in a quiet part of Limenaria, and a few minutes' walk from all facilities and less than a minute from the beach, a few minutes from a bakery and a supermarket. Elena Villa is 200m from the beginning of the promenade, restaurants, shops, taverns. The strictest city center is about 800m from it. Accommodation is only 50m from the beach. The beach in front of the villa is sandy on the shore, while there are stones in the water and it is more suitable for swimmers than for children. Nearby, there are arranged parts of the beach with sunbeds, which can be obtained with the purchase of a drink. The beach is about 2 km long and it is well laid out in front of some hotels, so everyone can choose the appropriate part for themselves. It is a villa with ten two-bed and three-bed studios on the first and second floors. All studios have single beds (three-bed studios have two single beds and one extra bed with a normal mattress). The terraces are of medium size, the bathrooms too. Each studio has a kitchenette, air conditioning and TV with satellite channels. Some rooms have sea views, but Villa Vaso, which is directly in front of Villa Elena, blocks the view from most of the terraces. Two-bed studios have an area of ​​about 15m2, and three-bed studios about 20m2. It is not possible to add an extra bed. The villa was rented by local agencies, the furniture shows traces of use, especially in the kitchens, but it is still in decent condition. Wireless internet signal is provided. Cleaning is done daily, and towels and bed linen are changed every two to three days. Guests can find parking in the streets near the accommodation. When coming from the direction of Prinos, at the very entrance to Limenaria, right after Zagos rent-a-bike, turn into the first street on the right (before the little bridge), then into the first street on the left. The accommodation is on the left, on the very corner. This villa would suit anyone who wants decent medium quality accommodation, a few steps from the beach and all amenities. The villa is located in the south of the island, and therefore near the most beautiful beaches of Thassos.

Description Dasea Houses is a complex located at the ravine, at the entrance to Ormos Panagias, between the port and Ormos Panagias beach (160m) and a beautiful Trani Ammouda beach (650m). The nearest shops, bakeries and restaurants can be found at the port, 160m from the accommodation. There are five maisonettes (62m2) with a living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed for two and a toilet on the ground floor and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor. In the bedrooms, three maisonettes have one double bed narrower than the standard, while the other two have one double bed narrower than the standard and two bunk beds. Upon agreement with the owners, an auxiliary bed can be added. All the maisonettes have a kitchen equipped with a stove with the oven, microwave and large fridge with freezer, hairdryer, mosquito nets on windows and doors, wireless internet, air conditioning, TV, bathroom with a shower and curtain, and a large terrace with tables and chairs overlooking the sea (three are overlooking both beaches from two terraces, and two have a direct view of the port. Two maisonettes (overlooking the port, i.e. overlooking both beaches) have a large stove with oven, and the other three have a mini-stove with oven. Some have their own washing machine, and some are sharing one located in a separate building next to them. Cleaning is done daily and the replacement of bed linen and towels is after 3-4 days, depending on the stay. Baby cot is available on request. The accommodation operates from 2007, yet the owners bring something new every year. It's open throughout the year, therefore two maisonettes have a fireplace for the winter months. There's private parking available, plenty of open space, barbecue and covered seating area with a sea view. Additionally, the accommodation units facing the port have a small private yard. Pets are allowed. You can use deck chairs and parasols in beach bars with a purchased drink. When you reach the harbor in Ormos Panagias, drive 50m towards Trani Ammouda beach, then turn left and continue uphill for another 100m until you reach Dasea accommodation. Dasea Houses is situated in a very quiet location, with a fantastic sea view, at the ideal distance from two beaches and all the amenities needed for a pleasant holiday. Aventura Village is located 1km from the center of Potos where the first shops are located and 600m from the nearest beach. The beaches of Rosso Gremos and San Antonio can be reached by car in just a few minutes. The accommodation started operating in 2016. It was built with high quality and modernity, because the owners thought of every detail. There are six stone houses in which there are bungalows (five of them and a maisonette (only one is offered)). The bungalow is an apartment (45m2) consisting of a bedroom with a double bed and a kitchen with a living room in which there is a sofa bed that can sleep two people. The bungalow has a bathroom with shower, two air conditioners, two TVs, one for the bedroom and one for the kitchen. Every room has an exit to the terrace. Each terrace is spacious (15m2), with a pergola that protects from the sun and a private jacuzzi. The bungalow is suitable for two adults and two children. The maisonette is more spacious (60m2) and has two levels, ground floor and first floor. On the upper level, there is one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a terrace with a beautiful view of Rosso Gremos Bay. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a couch for two people and a couch for one person. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower, a terrace and a private jacuzzi. The maisonette is suitable for a family of five. The maisonettes and bungalows are air-conditioned, have a TV, safe, hairdryer, mosquito nets and a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave oven. The accommodation has a generator for electricity in case of a blackout, as well as a fire protection system. It is forbidden to smoke and prepare food with strong smells. You can use the grill in the yard to prepare meat and fish. During the summer, Aventura Village cooperates with restaurants where you can order food, and they will deliver and serve it to you directly on the balcony or in your room. Aventura Village accommodation is located on a hill above Potos, with a view of the sea and a large courtyard under olive trees. Coming from the direction of Limenaria, pass Potos and San Antonio Beach, and after the turn for Kamari, continue straight for about 70 meters until you see the turn to Aventura Village on your left. If you want to be isolated from the noise and the center, located in one of the highest quality buildings, Aventura Village is the right choice.

Guests have at their disposal a large shared kitchen and brick barbecue where they can spend time socializing, as well as private parking. The accommodation is located in a quiet location in Skala Potamia, somewhere in the middle of the famous bay and the sandy Golden beach. The distance to the beach is 550 meters. It is surrounded by greenery, and in the 6-acre yard there are mostly chestnut trees. It is about 2 km from the center. Guests have at their disposal one huge duplex apartment and eight studios. There are six studios on the upper ground floor, and a duplex apartment and two more studios on the first floor. The apartment is comfortable (60m2) and has an even bigger veranda (80m2). It consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchen with a stove and an oven. The bathroom with bathtub is located between the two bedrooms. There is an air conditioner in the living room. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has a single bed and a sofa bed. Four to six people can stay here. The villa is new and is about 250 m from the beach, and about 700 m from the city center. It consists of the ground floor and the first floor. Only two apartments on the first floor can be booked through the website. The apartments can accommodate a maximum of four people. They are spacious and comfortable (about 54m2) and are an excellent solution for families with children. Each apartment consists of a living room with a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a terrace and a bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed for one person and a single bed of smaller dimensions, while in the bedroom there is one double bed. Each apartment has air conditioning, wireless internet and TV. In front of the apartment there is a common sitting area with a table and chairs for the guests of both apartments. Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen are done depending on the length of the guest's stay. Most often for four to five days. **During the 2020 season, the owners will not clean the rooms during the guests' stay, but only after departure.
