Our description Hotel Akti is located in Pefkari, right on the beach. It is the highest quality accommodation facility in Pefkari. When you come from Limenaria in Pefkara, 100m after turning right from the main road, you will see Hotel Akti on the left side of the road, right after Hotel Esperia. The hotel was completely renovated in 2014, and a swimming pool was built for the 2016 season. Hotel Akti has at its disposal 18 rooms, two suites and three suites. They are arranged on the ground floor and on two more floors. Rooms can be double, triple and quadruple. Double rooms have a double bed. They are triple with double and single bed. The four-bed rooms have one double bed and a bunk bed, so they are more suitable for families with children and are located on the ground floor. The suites have one double and two single beds. They are suitable for four people. The apartments have two rooms. In one there is a bedroom with a double bed and access to the terrace, while in the other there is a bunk bed and access to the terrace. One of the apartments is located on the ground floor while the other two are upstairs. Only the ground floor apartment has a kitchen that you can use to prepare light meals. All accommodation units have TV and air conditioning, refrigerator (hotel), hairdryer, safe, mosquito nets, bathroom with shower and private terraces, most of which have fantastic sea views. Areas are between 20 and 25m2. The rooms are comfortable, equipped with new and quality, modern furniture. Guests also have wireless internet connection in the rooms, in the restaurant, cafe and on the beach. Cleaning and change of bed linen and towels is done every 4 days. The beach is pebbly and arranged, with paid drinks you can use deck chairs and umbrellas. The hotel has its own private parking. Half-board can be used at the hotel’s restaurant. Akti Restaurant is known for its good local cuisine, so you can try famous, traditional Greek dishes. Hotel Akti is a great choice if you opt for Pefkari. Our hotel and restaurant are directly by the sea, in a small paradise called Pefkari Beach. We have 28 rooms and all of them have air conditioning, refrigerator and TV. Each room has a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. From our hotel you will have a beautiful view of the beautiful bay of Pefkari. We offer you breakfast, and at your request, we also offer half board (a la carte) as an option. Parking is also available next to the hotel. Just a few steps in front of the hotel, next to the beach there is a beautiful garden with chairs and tables to relax and enjoy the view of the beach and the bay. Akti Hotel is ideal for couples or groups of friends who like to be located in the city center, to dine in restaurants that are in the immediate vicinity of the hotel and in high places in the city, go shopping, go out at night and literally all the facilities offers one tourist place at your fingertips. It is a great choice even for those who arrive in Thassos without their car and without the possibility to rent it, considering that everything tourists need is a minute or a few minutes walk from the hotel (promenade, shops, taverns), and quite a decent city beach is some 500 meters away. The 3-star Hotel Akti is located in the very center of Limenas, in a street by the sea, in a row where the Timoleon and Possidon hotels and the police station are, across from the public car park. It is some 500 meters away from the city beach, and is located in the first row to the sea. The first shop and bakery are located 100m from the accommodation. On the ground floor of the hotel there is a reception and a smaller lobby. The hotel also has a lift. It has a total of 15 rooms for two and three people. In the double rooms there are either two single beds or one double bed, and in the triple rooms there are two single beds and a sofa bed. Nine rooms have balconies with direct sea views, three rooms have balconies overlooking the back of the hotel, while three rooms have no balcony. The rooms are a decent size, not luxurious, but they are quite OK, pleasant and clean. Furniture and equipment in all rooms are the same. So, they all have typical, hotel wooden furniture, a small TV, air conditioning, mini bar, coffee maker, safe, hair dryer and telephone. The bathrooms are smaller, with a shower, of medium quality, raised by a step in relation to the level of the room (we emphasize because of the guests in later years and children). Baby cots are available and permission to bring a pet should be sought separately. Cleaning is done every day and change of towels and bed linen is provided and is done every 3-4 days. The Internet has not been introduced yet, but it is planned. A medium-sized public car park is across the street from the hotel, and a large public car park next to the new port is about a hundred meters from the hotel. Both parking lots are free. In the height of the tourist season, and especially in the evening, it can easily happen that all places are filled. After disembarking from the ferry, if you go on foot, you can reach the hotel in a few minutes, moving to the left towards the town center, police station, amusement park, old port, city beach. However, if you arrive in Thassos by car, you can park in the large public car park to the left of the new port, a hundred meters from the hotel, and continue on foot to the hotel, or if you want to park closer to the hotel in the public car park across the street, on the opposite side of the hotel (to the right of the ferry disembarkation), then go around the center and go down to the sea, since the street leading from the hotel to the new port is one-way, and you can not drive from the new port directly to the parking lot in front hotel (opposite direction). If you want to be located in the center of town, everything is at your fingertips and within walking distance, Akti Hotel is a great choice. Limenas is also great as a base for touring the island because it is very close to the most beautiful beaches Marble (6km), Macriamos (2km), La Scala (4km), Pahis (8km).
